2. I had my hair eyebrows and facial done at zigbis today, my facial was amazing, would recommend to anyone.
   As for my hair and my eyebrows, the hairdresser left colour all around hairline without scrubbing it, missed an area which is clear there is still regrowth. And my eyebrows were extremely uneven and patchy.

   I have a worked in the hair and beauty industry for 10 years and I know this is absolutely not how you would let a client leave.

   I am very unhappy with this service as I paid a lot of money and had to pay another salon to fix it.

3. I must say I had the worst experience with this salon. I’d made my booking in advance for my legal ceremony which was yesterday and turned up before the appointment time so I’m not late and then having to rush my hairstylist and makeup artist. But the supposed stylist was almost 20 minutes late from my appointment time. Nevertheless I sat patiently and waited, didn’t get upset about the late arrival knowing now we’ll be pressed for time in order for me to make it to the registration office for my legal ceremony.
   When I’d made the booking I’d very Clearly stated that due to having never used make-up and not being fond of it , all I’d like done on the day is to have the dark circles under the eyes covered lightly and eyeliner done. That’s it, next to nil makeup. And for my hair , I just wanted to have my fringe/bangs hot ironed and a floral clip to be pinned. I’d made sure the young girl behind the counter who took my booking understood what I asked because I explained it to her several times and she actually went and asked the senior staff then came back with a quote of $110. I was fine with this. But on the day my stylist Sriyani after having to tell her several times that I want bare minimum makeup done told me her English wasn’t good, I switched to Hindi but she couldn’t understand fully but she assured me that she was told what I’d asked for.I was horrified when I saw my face in the mirror, for me it felt like a whole lot of extra make up was plastered on my face and it wasn’t nice. I didn’t have enough time to get her to clean it up and restart because I was by now pressed for time. This happened even when I kept telling her throughout the process that she’s doing too much and I didn’t ask for this plus I’d already been quoted for what I’d asked for. Similar mistake with the hairdo, wasn’t what I wanted. Then the staff had the audacity to charge my then fiance now husband $190. When I found out about it I told him to get a refund for the extra $80, which was refused by the staff because she came up with the lame excuse of the hot iron being used hence the extra cost. Seems to me like a money making scam because I’d already asked for the hot iron initially and was given the quotation. Also if you think you are going to have to charge extra for some reason you should let it be known before the process, not after it’s done where the clients are stuck and obligated to pay the cost which wasn’t part of the deal. Needless to say what was supposed to be a special day for me was spoilt by the rudeness and I didn’t have the time to stand and argue because I was by that time running late for my ceremony.
   I still have the card where the charges were written and am going to come down to the salon for an apology which wasn’t given on the day for mucking things up for me and a refund.

   I just read the owner’s response and it really is upsetting. A bit of professionalism would go a long way in terms of your services. I was being polite and respectful when I said thanks and decided to go because I didn’t want to spoil my special day but when I realised that we were over charged for something we definitely didn’t want I had to speak up. That’s why it’s called “review”. Besides I didn’t ask for the fake eyelashes and kept reminding your staff that I’ve already requested what I want and have been given a price. She insisted she knew and had 20 years experience so I said I’ll live it to her expertise and she should keep it within the quotation price. If she’s honest she’ll tell you the truth. 4. I went to Zigbis for my formal hair and makeup, and can I tell you that what they did was absolutely STUNNING! I received so many compliments throughout the entire evening and couldn’t have been happier with the results.
   Not going to lie, when they first started to do both my hair and makeup, I was a little hesitant because it seemed like they weren’t really matching my inspo pics, but I trusted the process and it turned out beautifully! Thank you so much ladies for all of your help and for making my night one to remember ❤️

5. I got my hair coloured at Zigbis today. Their service is amazing and iam very much satisfied with the outcome. Thanks to Sid for the amazing job. Very friendly staffs.
