This new management is not good at all. Some of reception staff are very rude. The spa pool has not been working for the last 2 weeks. Many things are broken, but they are not interesting to fix

I recently noticed some safety concerns in the 50 meter pool. The broken tiles on the edges can be dangerous, especially if someone accidentally hits their head. It’s been like this for a few months, and simply putting up a warning sign doesn’t solve the problem. Additionally, the shower rooms and pool itself could use some cleaning as it doesn’t seem very hygienic. It would be great if the management/council could address these issues for a safer and cleaner swimming experience.

The place is nice and friendly, The 50 meter pool is lovely with a big space to swim although it might be abit cold, there is a smaller pool that is much warmer and is for anyone which is nice but isn’t as deep. The Lifeguards are great at their job and really kind. Although the bathrooms needs an upgrade and better hygiene for the amount of people who come here daily.

I just re-found this pool. I hadn’t realised there was a 50m pool here. I’ve been twice in the last two days and have loved it. Why? 1. I get a lane to myself. 2. The pool temperature is good ?. 3. The water is clean (despite the tiling being stained and far from pristine), 4. There are some lovely trees to look out at both sides and the building gets lovely natural light streaming through from lots of windows. 4. Large change rooms (!). It would be perfect if the showers were actually hot. But I’ve swam at a LOT of pools and you can’t have everything. I’m happy ?

Smelly sauna…shocking!! I’ve been here a number of times as it is much closer than other swimming pools. Whilst the pool is fine, the sauna is disgusting and I just couldn’t stay in it for more than a minute… it feels dirty, grimy and old…the smell was bad and made me feel ill. I wouldn’t go back at overwhelming

overwhelming on the last visit so much so I almost there Even though this

  1. Casey RACE is an exceptional sports and aquatic facility that offers something for everyone. From the moment you walk through the doors, you are greeted by friendly and knowledgeable staff who are always willing to assist and make your experience enjoyable.

The swimming pool is fantastic, with a range of different areas that cater to swimmers of all abilities. The pool is always clean and well-maintained, and the water temperature is just right. The water slides are a great addition, and kids of all ages will love them.

The gym at Casey RACE is also excellent, with a wide range of equipment that is well-maintained and easy to use. The gym is spacious and well-lit, with plenty of natural light and a great view of the surrounding area.

The group fitness classes at Casey RACE are also a highlight, with a range of different classes that cater to all fitness levels. The instructors are knowledgeable and encouraging, and they create a fun and motivating atmosphere that makes exercising enjoyable.

The facilities at Casey RACE are world-class, with plenty of space for parking, spacious change rooms, and plenty of seating areas. The on-site café offers delicious and healthy food options, making it the perfect place to refuel after a workout.

Overall, I would highly recommend Casey RACE to anyone looking for a top-quality sports and aquatic facility. It’s the perfect place to swim, exercise, and socialize with like-minded individuals. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the facilities are exceptional. I can’t wait to visit again!

  2. Love it there however today when we came to visit today the toddler waterplay area wasn’t turned on. So, unfortunately we left after 10 minutes as the shallow baby pool isn’t very engaging without all of the fun water activities. I hope that in future it’s made clearer when it will be on or off as it was quite a challenge getting the kids there only to leave shortly after ?

  3. I love a great pool and waterside experience, but unfortunately, Casey Race is a little underwhelming.
The staff were nice, and the price was reasonable, but there were no lockers for possessions, and the slide system just didn’t work well.
The food was overpriced. The water bucket for the kids wasn’t even working. I just feel like the whole place needs an upgrade.
The slides are really fun, but the way they are run has people waiting longer than they really should for a go. I also believe there isn’t enough for real younger kids to do so if you have kids of many ages, it doesn’t balance well.
I would go again, but I think I enjoy the experience at PARC in Frankston better.

  4. i don’t recommend it. Have been using the facility for my kids since last few years. i always find the play area i.e bucket, slides are more closed than working. Never stable teacher as they get changed so frequently with new faces. so often more than 6 kids in a class. So, not even 5 minutes per kid per lesson that they charge you for. not enough( only 4) family bathrooms. make lessons are never available and you gave up dealing with reception, phone calls, emails, teacher in charge..if you want your kid to concentrate on learning swimming faster than go to small swimming place otherwise they will be on same class forever. i had to ask my kid’s teacher why they ain’t moving up and i got told that they are ready to move up but they don’t have room in others classes. Why don’t you update me then? Anyways have had enough and moved on.

  5. I had seen Casey RACE charges are not fair to customers. During the summer holiday, CASEY by default assume to charge fortnightly for swimming lessons rather than suspending. They expect to call them to suspend whereas there phone line just go on and have wait for more than 30 mins to talk to someone. This is unfair and charging so much money.
