a month agoI attended chemist warehouse wells st Frankston at 9.45 am 28/7/23 to make a small purchase. I was made to feel most uncomfortable by the security guard, to the point of him actually approaching me and making eye contact whilst I was looking at moisturiser. This is the second time I have experienced this with this particular guard. In the future I will avoid shopping there due to this experience. Disgusting. Furthermore, when I mentioned it to the female cashier , she rolled her eyes!!!! I requested that she mention it to management, however due to response I doubt that she will.3 months agoPrices were cheaper than normal chemist for the things i needed multi vitamins etc, ensure chocolate nutrition powder.4 months agoI just went to the chemist to get something. I had the security guard follow me around the entire store. I paid for the item and he still asked to check my bag despite watching me pay for it. I WILL NOT BE BACK! This is such disgusting behaviour and he never did it to anyone else either.3 months agoYou should sack your gross security guard even if a person stole it doesnt ..gives the righ to hassle them name call -push them and then punch a lady in head 3 times….I will not be returning .watching this with my child was Traumatic….2 years agoAnother awesome store opens early and have all the medicines in stock and the pharmacist , Sukhpreet Singh and Georgia is awesome ???

a month agoI’ve been coming here for a while, the pharmacist here are very helpful. I’ve also found the customer service staff smiling, Cheerful and helpful as well. On top of that the security guard in evening is helpful, cheerful and greets you on entry. Staff here seem really happy which make’s a great customer experience.Maybe chemist warehouse karingal can get some advice from this store.
3 weeks agoUsed to be a good chemist, but ever since ownership changed – more new incompetent pharmacists were hired. I was sent an online prescription and they refused it saying I need a physical copy… I bring the physical copy and they refuse it.. flawed work ethic – I’d rather go elsewhere.a year agoHave been visiting this chemist/pharmacy for a number of hears now, the ample amount of parking and ease of access to the business is the reason I keep return. Extended trading hours makes availability a breeze, staff are always friendly and willing to assist.5 months agoAwesome pharmacist was very helpful at filling my script. He offered me an alternative dosage to take multiple tablets instead of the one tablet of a higher dosage I ended up saving saving almost $100 !9 months agoMy husband has epilepsy. Script had expired female pharmacist more than happy to give him enough to last a couple of days. Returned to pharmacy later male pharmacist refused to help. Not sure if they are aware of duty of care and their code of ethics ? Will be getting the male pharmacist name and reporting him.

Worst customer service experience ever!
My mum bought me a perfume for birthday she asked the staff for the perfume, they stuffed up and gave her the wrong one. I went back to the store to double check if it was the right perfume as the boxes were very similar, the lady was rude, telling me that they only stock the perfume that I was after. Once I got back to my car, I opened up the box to find that it was the wrong one. I went back inside to chat with the manager and was told that she was on break for another 15 minutes. However, I couldn’t wait as I had an appointment to get to, I was told to come back in the afternoon. When I came back the manager had left for the day and I was sent to chat with the pharmacist who was extremely rude, she told me the staff were all new so didn’t know about the perfumes and that because I had opened the box I could no longer get a refund, even though to their staff members had stuffed up and given me the wrong perfume. The next day I called to speak to the manager and was told that there was no manager at all on that Sunday and that I would have to wait until Monday. On the Monday I called and after a 15 minute conversation, the manager finally agreed to swap the perfume for me. However there was no apology and I was told that I should be lucky that she is swapping it as that not what they usually do. When I went back into the store, I was left waiting for the manager. She was still quite rude, and there was no apologies for the stuff around or inconvenience as I live over 40 minutes away from the store. I wouldn’t recommend this store as the staff are not trained, give you miss information and the management team are terrible.
i rang 7 times to get through to someone and rang out 6 finally answered my call then on hold for 15mins… i hung up! Extremely frustrating and very unprofessional for a business of this calibre.
the woman that finally answered sounded like she would rather be in elsewhere . Manager needs to have a big look at what is going on!
Extremely insulted by the security man asking to search my bag. I was at cashier paying for blood pressure medication and a few other items. He obviously followed me around and saw in my open handbag a white bottle. He demanded I show him as it was his job! Really? The white bottle contained my medication for lactose intolerance! How dare he! I will never enter that store again.
The service at this chemist is the worst I have ever experienced. It took 4 calls on hold for over 40 minutes to find out if they had a nasal aspirator in stock. The first the pharmacist on duty asked me if I had a script really.. it’s a device not medication put me on hold for 20 minutes and never came back!
The Second Lady went to check 10 minutes later I’m transferring to another lady who had no idea what I’m talking about.. the third call was to another Sales assistant who assured me there was one in stock and someone would check the floor and call me back and guess what she hung up so after 45 minutes I give up and I’m heading to the store hoping there is one there to help my 2 week old baby! This isn’t my first poor experience at this chemist but today was ridiculously incompetent
