3 months agoI gave this chemist warehouse branch a $18 charity.I m appreciative of the fact that this chemist is open late night but the staff there lack customer service.
I bought 2 packs of Ventolin based on ill advice of a gp. Within the day of this purchase , I got a second opinion and was told not to use that for 3 month-old so went back to return it. The two boxes as attached were not opened as you see in those images but the explanation provided by those at the counter for not accepting a refund made ZERO sense. According to them , the medication that leave the counter would be under different temperature or condition or likely to get tampered with. I agreed but not for this medication in question, I am not sure how those unopened boxes that too within the day of purchase would contaminate or change the state of this medication. It is a inhaler that comes with additional plastic protection so not sure how that would affect the medication by temperature.
Before buying do educate yourself on their return policy and don’t have customer remorse like I feel now.
2 weeks agoHorrible customer service. Absolutely appalled by the way they treat there customers, after entering the store to receive my well needed prescription they didn’t have in stock (Which is fair enough, I don’t expect them to always have it) I received no apology, essentially little to no advice and wasn’t even greeted up to the counter. It was a “We don’t have this in stock” and no further discussion, from what I can see the store seems to be running great but management really lacks the ability to teach proper customer assistance, take this as advice and not a complaint, train your staff correctly. At the end of the day, if every individual staff member is getting away with the same despicable attitude it’s the managements fault. A simple hello and goodbye to a long way.a week agoI went in yesterday afternoon. Bought a telfast for my husband. The checkout guy he was very nice. He asked me if I take the medication for myself. I told him it’s for my husband. He said that’s good. He was worried if I take for myself as I am pregnant. He was so caring. Thank you for your kindness. Only I forgot to get his name. He has Philippine accent.2 months agoLocated really conveniently and as someone who often needs prescriptions filled, they are very fast, efficient and helpful. They also have a huge selection of protein bars, and multivitamin gummies. Both of which are always at really great prices.3 months agoThe staff is not helpful. When you ask about the scripts , they either don’t know or make you await without telling you. The Dr send them scripts but they were not aware and I had to wait for an hour. The stuff is very rude and they are very unprofessional . I have been to my chemist in Melton and they were very helpful and happy to assist but this hooper crossing one is not good

a week agoBest pharmacy in Craigieburn!! The staff and pharmacists are very kind and friendly. They were professional with their work and very helpful. This pharmacy even provides all medications and has a variety of products. I highly recommend coming to this pharmacy??a week agoThey have everything I need, they have all my medication, and the great thing about it is they are open until late night so if I can’t go in the morning to the pharmacy then I can just go at night and pick whatever I need up. I’ve never had any any issue with chemist, warehouse and all my experiences have been awesome like always.4 months agoOffensive signs about medicine shortages put up. Profits over people at this chemist. This pharmacy would prefer you to come in every 30 days to get their dispensing fees and hope you buy more in store. If you come in every 60 days pharmacies will lose money. They don’t care about medicine shortages. A quick google search will refute anything that is written in response by the owner to this review. The owner just wants his money. Please don’t take his money from him. The Pharmacy guild is a bullying lobby group that gives money to political parties like Pauline Hansons One Nation and the LNP. I guess if you like supporting these guys and love giving you money to pharmacy owner that loves to suck up to the guild. Then keep coming here.2 months agoFantastic staff , special call out to ?Olcay? for assistance for the complimentary Blood Pressure check. Never disappointed coming into this pharmacy. A perfect warm staff you need at a Pharmacy in this cold weather.2 months agoHuss provided great customer service, was very helpful, took the time to help assist with finding the prescription as he was very fast, effective, and efficient. Amazing experience I will be collecting my scripts from this pharmacy from now on. Thank you!!!

Planning to Visit an Australian Chemist? Here’s What You Should Consider!
When visiting a chemist in Australia, there are a few things to consider to ensure you have a smooth and successful experience. Here are some important factors to keep in mind:
- Opening Hours: Check the opening hours of the chemist before visiting to make sure they are open when you plan to visit. Some chemists may have extended hours or be open on weekends.
- Prescriptions: If you have a prescription from a doctor, make sure to bring it with you to the chemist. Australian law requires a prescription for certain medications, and the chemist will need to see it in order to dispense the medication.
- Medication Information: Be prepared to provide any necessary information about your current medications, including dosage and frequency. This will help the chemist ensure there are no potential interactions or adverse effects with any new medications you may be purchasing.
- Over-the-Counter Medications: If you are purchasing over-the-counter medications, be sure to read the labels and follow the instructions carefully. It’s also a good idea to consult with the pharmacist if you have any questions or concerns.
- Health Advice: Pharmacists in Australia are trained healthcare professionals who can provide advice on a range of health issues. If you have any questions or concerns about your health, don’t hesitate to ask the pharmacist for guidance.
- Pharmacy Programs: Some chemists in Australia offer specific programs and services, such as medication reviews, blood pressure checks, and vaccinations. Check if any of these services are available and if they would be beneficial to you.
- Healthcare Subsidies: Depending on your circumstances, you may be eligible for healthcare subsidies in Australia. Ask the pharmacist if you qualify for any subsidies or if there are any cost-saving options available for your medications.
- Privacy and Confidentiality: Australian chemists must adhere to strict privacy and confidentiality regulations. Your personal and medical information should be handled with care and kept confidential.
By considering these factors, you can have a productive and safe visit to a chemist in Australia. Remember to consult with the pharmacist if you have any questions or concerns about your medications or health.

I went to get the COVID vaccine Booster. The pharmacist was extremely helpful and friendly. I didn’t feel a thing during the jab. The vaccine certificate got updated right after the jab.
The most efficient pharmacy I’ve been. I have my flu and Covid vaccine here and it all takes 15mins to get it done including the observation. Not crowded and highly recommended pharmacist, gentle hands, no pain! Please see them for vaccinations of flu and Covid vaccine.
I attended the pharmacy to seek advice on some medication I was prescribed and whether it was pregnancy safe or not. I was stressed as I had been bounced around from the GP, the hospital and pharmacy. The female pharmacist advised the pharmacy who dispensed the medication should have councelled me on the medication and would not provide any advice. While I appreciate and understand this may be a regulation they have to follow, it was the pharmacists comment of ” you get what you pay for” as I was leaving that was incredibly unhelpful and unprofessional and to be honest put me off ever attending if this is an attitude their staff take.
I always find the pharmacist so helpful and knowledgable when I have questions. They put my mind at rest and always proactively make sure my needs are met and they always consider the implications of anything new I’ve been prescribed. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
Went in for vaccination booster. Lovely staff. Quick and painless jab. Good range of products for a small pharmacy. Travel sweets too!
