3 weeks agoVisited right before closing time on Saturday night. Really needed help with our son. Both pharmacists went above n beyond to help us. We are not at all local to the area. They put us on to Cub Care. We got an escript. They stayed open just to fill it. Saved us a trip to emergency.2 months agoWent to pick up a script while I was out and I didn’t have much fuel. It said “if needed before 3rd contact pharmacist” I went to pick it up on the 3rd, and the Indian pharmacist girl changed the date to the 10th (even though it said 3rd). Never had this happen before. Waste of a trip!4 months agoHad been provided with the wrong over-the-counter medication for a completely different issue and when wanting to return the item with the seal still sealed, a Manager with short blonde hair didn’t even make eye contact and abruptly said that because they don’t know how the item was stored, that it could not be returned. A conversation then begun amongst the front-counter staff who were shaking their heads and couldn’t be any more unapproachable.2 months agoEvery time Wether in person or by phone I have had exceptional service. Everyone is kind, friendly and helpful, and they are super fast at getting your scripts filled. I approached the counter with a question but was met with disrespect and a refusal to let me speak to the manager. The worker even went as far as claiming the manager was on a break when it seemed like she was lying.Customer service is crucial in any establishment, especially a pharmacy where people often seek assistance during challenging times. Unfortunately, my experience fell short of the standard I expected.
I hope the management takes this review seriously and addresses the behavior of their staff to ensure a more pleasant experience for all customers in the future. Respect and honesty should always be the priority in any professional setting.
a month agoGetting prescriptions here is legitimately four times faster than the poorly run chemist warehouse in town. All the staff are very pleasant and professional and the range of products in the aisles is surprisingly good.

Prices are ok but service is terrible. Staff don’t want to help and would rather be elsewhere. Every time we go there, there is a problem, most recently they have lost all our prescriptions which they had kept for future dispensing. No apology, no assistance, too bad so sad go away and get new prescriptions. Useless!
When u go to a chemist u want to have faith in the knowledge of the persons dispensing it… when u ask advice about what medication to give a sick child u want the person serving u to be more than just a high school casual who has no knowledge and apparently no interest in gaining it…Went to get my 11y son medicine for head cold. The young male served me had no social skills and when asked follow up questions in relation to a cough medicine simply said “I don’t know” he made no attempt to find out. He did not ask about any allergies or other medications he is on…Then gave me medication which shouldn’t be given to persons under 12. I Left without purchase and went around the corner to a different chemist where I was served by trained, friendly staff and got the meds and advice I needed.
Make sure to ask for receipt every time you go there and make sure to check the receipt after (preferably before) you leave the store. This is the second time it happens to me in the same store that I am charged for an item which I have asked to cancel before we start the transaction. I left, having faith that the staff did the right thing. Luckily I have a receipt and checked the items as soon as I left the store. when I came back, of course I had to que again. she said I have to go to the other counter at the end of the store to get the refund. I went to other cashier, had to que again, and of course the other staff wasn’t convince so she asked me to step aside so she can serve other customers while waiting for her other colleague to validate my story. After serving all other customer she refunded me the money. complete waste of time. To make it even more interesting, to leave the store, I had to walk back through the first cashier, of course the staff who made the mistake has already gone, and passed the counter to another staff member. I just hope the management didn’t think that the second staff is the one who made the mistake !!! that would be really mean!!! If the management is REALLY interested to validate all this, I have the receipts, which has the name of both the staff who served me the first time and made the mistake and the staff who refunded me. Again, ALWAYS ASK FOR RECEIPT AND CHECK IT.
I had a lovely young lady by the name of Lilli help me at Chemist Warehouse Toowoomba last Sunday. She was extremely knowledgeable and helped me pick the right product I was after. She was very friendly and we had a lovely chat about living in Toowoomba. Thank you Lilli and I will definitely be back to shop in the Toowoomba Chemist Warehouse again soon!
Appalling service. My script was sent through before opening hours today.
Not only was it not ready I waited almost an hour for it…..then the wrong price on the label and I had to wait further for that to he fixed. Meanwhile my family waited in the car expecting me to return within 20 minutes . Consequently we have had to leave Toowoomba without seeing Botanical Gardens. Extremely dissatisfied.
