Nice staff let down by the car parking. One way entrance with a few angle parking then the main parking is a long walk to centre and always full. Or you could brave the unmarked dirt parking next door, it’s full of potholes and bring padding to wrap around your car so it doesn’t get scratched.

Inside they have nice amenities and could do with some interesting movies to watch while waiting. There’s a coffee service and and lovely chemist with various sweets and medicines.

I was very impressed with the service from Pioneer Health. After a recent appointment I had a query regarding the billing. I received a prompt response from the Finance manager who resolved the issue immediately. The service and outcome exceeded my expectations.

Pretty sad when you can only see a doctor when you’re not sick and everything else has to go to the respiratory clinic that even with an appointment you wait an hour to get through. Parking is rubbish and the staff are also quite rude and dismissive. Millions of dollars spent upgrading and it’s still the worst clinic to visit.

Had a blood test here last year and ended up with the biggest bruise possible, yes, I was expecting a little bruise or nothing at all to form following the blood test but not one as big and dark as a spider, I don’t understand how someone can do such a bad job at taking a simple blood test.

I also had an appointment booked which my mum had organised for me and you decided to cancel it at 2pm, that is unacceptable as most people like myself are still working at that time which I was, we don’t have all the free time in the world you know. You should at least change your confirmation time to a more suitable time to give people a chance to respond for goodness sake. Did I also mention that I already lead a very busy and stressful lifestyle? Good thing I didn’t need my stupid appointment anyways. I hope I never have to deal with you guys again. ?

We had a very good experience at this medical centre today. Me and my family came to Albany on holidays and due to viral infection me and my daughter were sick. Went to see doctors through drive through at this centre and got very good treatment. Dr. James and Sarah who checked us were extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Thank you so much. Merry Christmas to the lovely hospital staff.

St Clare family & occupational therapy is a doctor’s office that cares for their patients well being and give quality care and listen to their patients needs, I have never felt like I am a nuisance to them, which I am sure I am sometimes, however I am happy with my Doctor, and trust in his professionalism and service, and won’t go to any other place. Doctor Fernandes is an awesome doctor and I will continue to trust him with all my health needs

  1. The Doctor and crew that were on Sunday morning – are they the A team? Professionalism, empathy, problem solving was all there to see. Even made me a coffee 🙂 you are all a credit to the health care fraternity. And, Doctor hope you had a meal made for you when you got home :)))

  2. I visited the emergency department recently

The nurse on duty was a wonderful lady. Her bedside manner and rapport were beautiful and it made me so at ease while I was unwell. She reassured me and also made humorous conversation which I loved. She listened to everything I had to say and made sure I could have treatment. I was able to get some treatment which helped drastically and left a couple hours later. Her approach made a true difference to my recovery.

The doctor that attended my case was also thorough and polite, ensuring to check all of my symptoms and let me know what he was doing at different times.

I want to thank the staff very much for making my stay a positive one while I felt so unwell. I appreciate the excellent quality of care I received.

  3. Went to Hospital with my son who had a very bad viral. Doctor was very experienced who gave us detailed information & with one dose she put my son in normal condition. I forgot the name of the Doctor but thanks for your service. You are amazing ?

  4. We had to present at Emergency as my son broke his arm. We had 2 Dr Alex’s on that night and they were fantastic with us and our son. Explained everything they were doing the whole time in and out of theatre. Very patient and had a great sense of humour. All the staff that night were fantastic. And the staff during a long line of follow up visits.. fracture clinic staff, dr, students, X-rays and therapists have been fantastic. It was a very difficult case and everyone was so patient and thorough. So thankful!

  5. Highly unprofessional my mother called regarding my father’s health was told they were too busy to talk call back in half an hour so we drove in to take her to the hospital to see my father and find out what was going on. To be told it was resting time 12 till 3 it was 12.05 never told when she called earlier. She couldn’t see him told he would be staying in. Nurse didn’t really seem to know what was happening and wanted me to tell my father we would not see him today as he has dementia and would be very upset. When they were the ones who did not relay the correct information. Disgusting treatment towards elderly patients my mother should be told what is going with her husband. And just because my father has dementia doesn’t mean he is not a human, he should be treated like a human with compassion and patience and we should be informed about his treatment and condition.
