Good place to visit for the GP appointment. But be little approachable in front desk they’re too serious never have a eye contact when talking to you. Smile please its not the end of the world

Dr Micua could not have been more friendly and helpful. In addition to dealing with my presenting request she gave me a flu shot, ordered up tests and offered to personally chase up the specialist who had not yet sent in a report. I felt truly taken care of.

Our transfer to East Canberra General Practice has gone smoothly. There is ample parking, the standard of care is excellent (from doctors and nurses) and the receptionists helpful. Highly recommended.

Called in the morning to see if they could fit my toddler in that day. Aaron said he would call me back, and not 10 min later he did, and he was able to get my toddler in to see Dr Lynn that afternoon. Dr Lynn was great with my toddler. Will definitely go back to this practice next time we need a doctor. Thank you.

Excellent experience…. I am a international traveller with travel insurance and needed to see a doctor. Was able to find Florey Medical Centre, using google maps and able to see bios of the doctors, services provided and make an on-line booking for same day. In-take at reception was easy and appointment was on-time. Waiting area is generous. Doctor was gregarious and to the point. Able to get all the required documents for insurance claim (including medical notes, prescription and invoice) but the cost for visit ($95AUD) was reasonable even without the travel insurance (IMHO). Would highly recommend.

We moved to florey in June and I took my 8yr old there only to be misdiagnosed, not once but twice and also prescribed the wrong medication and left my daughter suffering in pain for several weeks while we followed the Drs advice only to discover from the local pharmacy she had been prescribed the wrong medication for that condition and the over the counter medication recommended by the pharmacy worked within 3 days. I’m disabled and can’t afford to pay for consultations that line the drs pockets while we have to go without and my daughter suffered. Never going back to this place.

Dr Nadia is lovely, thorough and sympathetic. Very quick in finding what was giving my son trouble, and she did all the right things. We will definitely be seeing her again.

Been using for many years. Staff & Doctors always pleasant to deal with. They don’t bulk bill and charge a more after hours. Call before to check in uncertain. Plenty of seating available and are still using Covid safety mask wearing still in force which is great. They also use Hot Doc app for making appointments which works great.

  1. By far the best doctor’s practice to which I’ve ever been. Each time I go in I genuinely feel that I’m talking to a knowledgeable health professional who is passionate about what they do and not like I’m talking to someone who is waiting for me to finish so that they can pump out a script and send me to the counter to pay.

I have had this experience with multiple doctors there and am yet to have a bad experience. Highly recommend.

  2. Dr Jessica Gair is very kind. She listens to the health concerns of her patients and goes out of her way to address them. She explains everything in a clear manner and makes sure all your questions are answered. She is truly a professional. Also the staff at the reception are quick to respond and very helpful.

  3. I’ve been to Isabella Plains Medical Centre 4 times in the past year having seen Dr. Ameer Alaraji once and Dr. Jonathan Lolljee the remaining times. I had joined this medical centre after the bulk billing ACT wide National Health Coop closed down and as it was close to my residence and had multiple good reviews. Till date I haven’t been disappointed with the service I received here with either of the doctors and look forward to my future visits. There are a few doctors here that provide bulk billing, which is good. The first appointment with both doctors were chosen by the centre based on who was available when I needed. I decided to continue with Dr. Johnathan as I liked his approach to troubleshooting a medical issue that he helped me out with.

  4. My doctor always runs late but I have been with her for over 15 years and she is excellent.the staff at the medical centre are very nice and understanding
