2 months agoIt was my first visit with them & I was impressed with how spacious the waiting area was. Lots of chairs & space between them for me to manoeuvre my walker. There were some chairs with arms as well. Theses are easier for me to get in & out of. The reception staff were friendly & helpful. The Doctor I had was lovely & very helpful. On my way out I noticed a nice little cafe so bought coffee & cake there. Overall a pleasant experience.a week agoI had an appointment made days ago, only to be informed 30 minutes before the time that the doctor ‘wasn’t available, when I complained that I had taken time off work for this appointment I was told “To drop the attitude”. I did not like the self righteous attitude the reception staff had. I am also sure that if I didn’t show up for my appointment I would have been charged a fee. I have made an appointment somewhere else.3 weeks agoI have never been offended by staff. I have utilized other GP’s here in the past and found them polite but pedestrian, possibly a little basic in ability, I think all have since left. My present GP Dr Pleash is knowledgeable and puts in the effort of going the extra mile. Dr Baker is also a good GP.2 months agoDr Payervand and the staff here are absolutely amazing. I’ve attending this clinic now for a decade and the care and support both doctors and staff have for their patients is literally beyond reproach.I also brought my elderly grandmother who doesn’t speak English here and they have been nothing but caring and supporting of her despite the difficulties with language barriers and honestly I can’t even do justice to how grateful I am for them all.
a month agoHave been visiting this medical centre since 2008 and have had no problems the staff are friendly and caring. The doctors very professional. Well done

2 months agoThese guys are excellent. Open until 9pm literally every single day. Aside from the availability of being open 365 days… the staff are lovely, helpful and intelligent. They go out of their way to ensure their customers receive the best care possible.I’ve been equally impressed by their attention to detail and by staff members’ ability (and willingness) to think “outside the box”. An easy five stars. ??
a year agoThis pharmacy has great opening hours!! Location is fantastic too, with parking out the front, side or back. Very helpful staff. I was served by Kealy who was very lovely, helpful and knowledgeable. Prices are good for around the area too.6 months agoHelpful, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Open later, very handy. Receptionist friendly and professional, and GP was great.
I saw Dr Paterson for the first time today and she was wonderful. After my GP of 15+ years in Brisbane retired, I was looking for a doctor who could fill his very big boots and I’m thrilled to have found Dr Paterson. Thank you for your holistic and compassionate care.
I had a great experience seeing Dr Paterson at Bremer Medical Centre for an initial consultation. The staff are very friendly and professional. Dr Paterson is very thorough and you can tell she is a very compassionate and kind person.
Nice, friendly receptionists in a quiet practice.
I see Dr Tu Pham there and I have found him very respectful and a careful listener, which I think is hard to find nowadays.
Dr Pham is an experienced and extremely helpful gp who has always given me the time I’ve needed.
I’ve never felt like I’m being rushed out of the door
I made an appointment last week to see Dr Paterson and unfortunately she was booked out until the end of July. I accepted that as I wanted someone who works holisticly as well as your run of the mill medicine. Unfortunately today I was informed that I would have to see someone else as this Dr was going to work with the RAAF. Now unfortunately if this was the case this practice would have known this when I made my appointment and should never have made me an appointment in the first place.
From the first initial phone call all the way through to seeing the doctor I can honestly say it was a very pleasant experience, the staff were approachable and friendly. We will definitely be back. Thank you for being so accommodating.
