a week agoMixing up records and saying I had a clash with receptionist in October ? When I was was in Japan ? Very unprofessional and now I am banned apparently. No worries there are plenty of other much more professional medical centres in the area that don’t mix records.a month agoService with a smile ❤️I visited the centre yesterday for updating the immunisation record of my son. Dr. Nisha Puthan Purayil and Ms. Dee (the practice nurse) were really helpful and completed the entire process within a few minutes. Today Ms. Dee contacted me and mailed a copy of the immunisation record to us. I have been running after this document for last one week. Thanks a ton Team Aghapy ❤️?
in the last weekVery rude staff. Many other better medical centres opened up. If you are not even bulk billing maybe change your attitude9 months agoI have been a patient with Agaphy Medical Centre for almost 10yrs and have always found the staff and Dr’s to be professional, friendly and caring. Dr Nan is amazing and always treats me with the utmost care and respect. I am a very nervous patient but I am always put at ease and listened too, which I appreciate immensely. My family and I are grateful for all the clinic provides. Shout out to Nurse Dee for being so calming and lovely in any situation, she is wonderful. I highly recommend this medical centre!4 months agoDr. Nan has been our family doctor for more than 10 years. Always found the staff extremely helpful, efficient and compassionate.

4 months agoThis practice was kind enough to fit me in on Friday evening when all of my other local clinics I normally go to were booked out. The doctor I saw addressed all concerns I presented to him. Contrary to other reviews I’ve seen, the receptionists I spoke with were very pleasant and welcoming. Although I went at a time that is less representative of the usual chaos I often see staff have to go through at many clinics, I left feeling like a valued patient and received successful treatment. Very happy with my experience here so far.a month agoNatalie the receptionist is extremely rude. Being the first point of contact at a place where people are looking for care and compassion she definitely does not show that in the slightest, and going off previous reviews regarding a terrible receptionist, I think it can be narrowed down to who it may be. If you really hate your job that much and enjoy being rude to customers, maybe go get a job where that is acceptable.4 months agoSo apparently if you haven’t been to this doctors practise in 12 months you’re classed as a new patient. They don’t value mental health what so ever. The receptionists are angry women who need to learn some manners and etiquette. They have changed hands with management and are completely incompetent, they don’t know how to manage people and its embarrassing. Avoid this place, the way I got treated is horrible.6 months agoWe have been patients with my family of this clinic for the past 10 years and we were very happy seeing Dr Diddi who left last month. It used to be a very nice place. But this past year we have seen how this clinic has gone down the hill very quickly. Starting for the reception staff , some of them are not very nice and lack of customer service and charging $1 for a mask which they must pay $0.01 each is pure greed. My husband asked for an appointment which he asked to be confirmed via email but he never got a confirmation. He went today, they told him he lost his appointment that he was late, no way to confirm because they stopped sending messages. But more than anything is the attitude, certainly not a pleasant place anymore. We will be looking for another placein the last weekThey requested $150 to take on new patients. LOL. Healthcare is a human right!Edit: idk what you’re going on about, I found another clinic for half that cost that runs just fine…..

I’m not sure what’s changed in the last few months but it’s not good. It was a good place, quick to be seen, could get a script over the phone. No longer can do that, and when I go in I’m now waiting a ridiculous amount of time for a simple piece of paper, and there’s something weird going on where multitudes of people get seen before me even though they came in way after I did. Shame
Extremely worst reception staff. Called to book an appointment for the new born baby, they took details over the phone for 2 minutes and confirm the booking, next day when we reach there for the baby, they said appointment is not booked. The receptionist need to do their job properly. Really a worst experience. Will never recommend. I will change my doctor to next clinic and will do the same for my friend and relatives. Extremely worst experience . I don’t know why they even don’t accept the Medicare, have the bulk billing on the poster and do not accept Medicare.
Need lots of improvement.
This practise is clean and friendly.
The girls at the front are so lovely I asked for a tax receipt and the girls were so nice and got it sorted for me even though they were busy. So very grateful to you both!
Big ups to Dr Z! Thanks for being so patient and explaining everything to me. You’ve been so helpful to me about my diabetes it’s really motivated me to stay on top of everything.
Thank you ?
Make TeleHealth phone consults more readily available (not just from 2 doctors who can only call late in the day & tomorrow not today). Way more convenient than in-person consults if you’ve got a cold & just need a med. cert. Allow TeleHealth to be booked online like you can for in-person. Email the med. cert. too. Give the people what they want. Not even an option to email the feedback, they only have a suggestion box at reception.
very bad service. I booked appointment at 8.30pm with Dr.Myat. I reached there by 8.15pm. At that time only one patient was waiting. After few minutes few couples came and doctor treated them. I was waiting till 9.00pm. I was questioning from the clinic about waiting time and receptionist said my turn will come after two patients. I asked about my appointment time then receptionist said it’s doctor’s choice to desiding which patients are treating first. This is not the first time happened to me. Really dissapointed about this kind of doctors.
