9 months agoAbsolutly amazing in helping me do an instant script when I forgot mine. They where closing the doors in 5 mins but made sure i got my medication that went past there closing times. Awesome pharmacist and great staff.9 months agoCannot speak highly enough about this pharmacy. Usually I just go to whatever pharmacy – seen one, seen them all – or so I thought. However on Thursday I was sent to this specific pharmacy by an optometrist. One of the pharmacists, Natasha, was unbelievable. A note to others: not all pharmacies or pharmacists are created equal. I am so grateful for the help Natasha provided me when i needed ita year agoOne of the best in Bundaberg.Staff treat you as a human being, not as a number waiting to be served. So compassionate and friendly. Go out of their way to ensure your needs are looked after.
When I go into the store they all know my name and who I am as a customer.

Dr Greiner and his team are very caring and knowledgeable, and the reception staff are always courteous.a year agoGreat GP practice, staff very friendly and helpful. Doctor Paula Hernandez is very caring. After more than 20 years of having issues with my low iron, She helped me find the root cause of my condition.a year agoHad a Telehealth appointment for my two sick children last week as I did not want to drag my 3 year old and 10 month old into the clinic. Call lasted two minutes where a medical certificate was needed to take carers leave. Was billed $75 dollars for this appointment and it also claimed the call provided was for six minutes. Children are supposed to be bulked billed so they get appropriate access to healthcare. Tried to discuss with receptionist who said their hands were tied as the doctor does the billing.10 months agoWant to rush in to have your health more damaged than getting well? See this clinic and if happens to bump into Indian doctors or Dr Robyn Polock be very scared. I’ve been there and these crooks dodged experience made the rest of my life a dark living Hell. Find the right clinic if needed. Don’t see these born crooks or you’ll regret it for the rest of your life.

I took my three children for their vaccinations. The staff at the reception was polite and efficient. The nurses who administered the injections made sure the kids felt safe and was very caring. Dr Ashan was marvellous, and made it a point not only to discuss the issues with vaccinations but also helped to calm the children!
First time visit. Procedure to register very easy. Sheet to keep explaining expectations of the practice and services available. Doctor easy to talk to. Listened to questions. No feeling of being pushed out the door, which is why we are seeking a new practice. Plenty of seating. Appointment on time.
As a new patient I found the sign up quick simple and efficient. My first appointment was on time. The doctor made me feel at ease and welcome. He took his time and I certainly did not feel rushed. I look forward to continuing my relationship with the Burnett Medical Centre.
I’m new to Bundaberg. I called reception yesterday and spoke to Maria without an appointment although she managed to squeeze me in. I was so grateful for that. Filling in registration forms was easy.
Reception and Doctor that I saw were absolutely amazing, friendly, kind and compassionate. Thank you so much for making me feel welcomed.
