2 years agoAlways received excellent customer service, you will get all sorts of Perfumes for lowest price and Medicine at lowest price too. Toiletry and even special needs like foot ware. These days they come up with toys for toddlers with the best prices.3 months agoWhat a bunch of inept gooses! Cos the internet supposedly down, they couldn’t dispense any of my e-scripts. No back up plan. No apology. Kept me waiting then forgot about me. Caused me to miss the ferry back to Magnetic Island as a result! I’m livid.2 years agoThe range here isn’t as good as the big Chemist Warehouse in Garbutt however most things can be ordered in for next day from their Warehouse.It’s definitely quieter here, so scripts are dispensed faster, but there aren’t as many staff around to ask questions. Regardless though, staff are helpful when asked, and they will endeavour to answer any queries you may have.

2 months agoMy go to chemist in the city, they always have most of the items in stock from vitamins to beauty products to medication, everytime im served with very polite staffs working there from prescription counter, floor staff, to cashier! Thank you for the great service!5 months agoI place an order via the app, receive notification that order is ready, go in to pick up, wait 15 minutes to be served then prescriptions can’t be located, happens every single time. The ONLY reason I shop there is due to their ordering process via the app. Not the problem with staff as they get just as frustrated as customers do. There’s an obvious issue with systems and organisation. It’s what you’d call an absolute S*&T Show!!

3 months agoBeing travellers from Newcastle and today being out last day here I was lucky to get an appointment at 8.45am as I’d chipped a molar. Dr Mo was very professional explained the procedure was going to be bigger than first expected. Absolutely surprised when presented with the account. It was half what I was expecting. Definitely recommend this practice. Desk staff were lovely and welcominga month ago1300SMILESi have jaw problems from my last appointment there. I can not open my mouth properly or chew properly and my mouth gets stuck open if i yawn now. The last dentist i saw caused me so much pain and suffering.4 months agoI have got done a small filling in one of my front teeth and not happy with it. It was my first visit to the clinic and WON’T be going back again. Extremely overpriced.7 months agoHave had many teeth fixed prior this coming to 1300 smiles. Overpriced and not very good. I was told it would cost $400 on the phone. Then when it was done I had to pay closer to $700. 6 months later I received a message to say a booking had been made for me. And when I called about it and asked why they said it was a check and clean and once again didnt’ t tell me the price would be another $300-$400. Scam. Would not go back or recommend to anyonea year agoI had a wonderful treatment of my tooth yesterday (8 April) from 1800 Smiles on Flinders street. De Farnaz Eshraghi was terrific: attentive, calm, caring and skilled which made the treatment pain free. Dr Farnaz dental assistant was equally caring as the eu both observed my anxiousness before the dental treatment and helped me overcome it. The reception staff member was wonderful too, very courteous and helpful. I highly recommend this dental practice and Sr Farmaz to anybody, especially if you feel anxious and apprehensive about dwntal procedures.

Apart from having to wait for over 30 minutes once in with the doctor great service was delivered. As a suggestion I would like to be advised that once waiting time has passed 15 minutes a patient should be told of the delay. Cheers
Unbelievably experience from a GP.
I chose Health & Wellbeing because of the ratings however the experience was horrible. I was shocked by the rudeness of the female doctor after consulting with her. She implied to me that what I observed in my symptoms is not real. Then when I asked for my daily prescription, she only provided me for one time prescription without checked with me. I needed the prescription for the maximum times. When I asked her to change it, she said I need to book another appointment.
She also refused to renew my referral for my psychologist that and asked me to schedule another appointment.
I understood that there is limited time for a patient however she was rude and impatient.
The horrible experience I had at the clinic has me wondering if I should try another GP there.
Practice manager is extremely rude!! Refusing for me to have access to my GP of 7+ years (followed from a different practice) due to an error caused by one of her medical receptionist. Disgusting service on her part! Refused to listen to me! Threatened myself to never see my GP that cares for my chronic health conditions. Someone of her title should know that it’s not easy to “just see someone else”. Will be making a formal complaint.
Dr Deidre is the best GP I have ever had. So thorough in her investigations and helped me to get to the bottom of what other doctors could not work out. ?♥️
Shocked to find that within minutes of leaving my appointment my private medical and contact information had been shared with third party companies without my consent. Those companies then repeatedly sent push marketing texts. Reporting to regulators.
