Katie was extremely helpful and even rang them on my behalf. She followed up with me later in the day and told me action I needed to take to remedy the situation. Service like this is so rare these days. a month agoIf you want the best pharmacist in Geelong this is the place. Tim is great excellent customer service and knowledge very caring. Mightn’t be the biggest or flashiest pharmacy in Geelong but it’s a true gem.5 months agoTim is absolutely amazing at what he does. He has Great customer service skills and will always help with what you need. Will never change pharmacies while he’s working there! 100% recommend this pharmacy.8 months agoWe went in to get scripts and the pharmacist pickup on that the medication that the doctor had subscribed was way to high and would have killed my partner. He did the best job anyone could ask for. We will definitely be using them againa year agoThis was the first chemist I used when I came to Geelong as I was staying in the CBD. When I went there I hoped that all chemists in Geelong were not going to be as bad as this one. The pharmacist Tim, I found was extremely rude over the pH even before I got there and the sign says they open at 8.30am . They hardly ever do, I suggested they change the sign to 9.00am and was told by Tim it’s only happened once.2 years agoOnly chemist l will go to, Tim and his workers are always ready to help you with any thing and friendly smiles. It’s always a joy to walk into this chemist and l would recommend Bull and Owen Pharmacy to anyone. Thank you Tim and co for such a wonderful service and your help.

I would like to give an honest account of my dealings with The wonderful staff at the Day And Night Chemist in Ryrie St.Geelong.
I had a prescription filled there this evening.My interaction with the owner i believe his name is Ken.Was the Highlight of my day.He made me smile with his dry humour.Which i get completely.It made my day.
I would also like to state,that all the staff at this chemist,have been, helpful.Courteous.And Kind.
Always uplifting to have those sorts of interactions.And i have the utmost respect for Ken and his wonderful staff.
I highly recommend this business as being hospitable, and an asset to all who require such service.

I have been a long time customer of this pharmacy and have probably spent thousands here over the years, but no more! I finally see why other people leave bad reviews and say they are rude… because they are. I was spoken to terribly, given something I didn’t ask for and spoken to in such a condescending manner when I called later that evening. Will not be going back, you often say you despise me, the feeling is mutual. bye Ken!
