3 months agoGreat that you have a registered nurse available but would be better if there was a booking system for the nurse, especially for someone who just needs a simple script but has to wait in queue inside the pharmacy with people coughing all over us and my children tired and not knowing how long the queue will take. Being able to book a time online would be great. And there’s no urgency from staff, it’s being operated like a very slow medical clinic with what seems like 50 questions needing to be answered for simple OTC items4 months agoMy partner got a cat scratch at 11pm after cuddling our kitty, in her ear on 22nd of April. The nurse (I didn’t catch her name 🙁 ) on was absolutely wonderful and had her seen to in 5 minutes of arriving. Tetanus shot done and brilliant care provided. Thankyou for this service it is really appreciated and needed.3 months agoHad a great experience today, the staff were prompt and attentive, they genuinely cared about everyone in there. It was a little thing but after many clinical health care experiences it was nice to feel genuine care6 months agoThe best pharmacy I’ve ever been. I got a serious red eye and something like irritation at night and here is the only late open chemist which is not too far away from my home. All staffs here are so keen to help and as sweet as possible. Gave me the right direction and a budget medication recommendation. They described everything so clear and considered English is my second language. I would say here will be the only pharmacy I will go in the future when possible. The nicest moment in 2023 so far. 5 stars experience. Sincerely appreciate it. ❤️♥️?5 years agoI have been this pharmacy last years. The pharmacists are very helpful, experienced and honest. They are little more expensive than discounted pharmacy places around here. But I rather go to the experienced and caring pharmacy than cheaper ones. Especially when we had our first baby, we got a lot of advises and input from here. We always go to them before we go to GP. It saved us a lot of time.

a year agoThis Chemist Warehouse has been around for ages, offering what you expect in terms of bathroom items, vitamins, supplements, perfumes through to the prescription desk itself.Prices are usually good and you should look out for items that go on sale from time to time, which is very regular on certain items like vitamins.
Service is usually ok with staff ready to assist, though the prescription desk can be a bit up and down although they do get the job done.
2 months agoCalled themselves Chemist warehouse but can’t give me my whole script even though every other chemist I’ve been to this is never an issue. Change the name to chemist don’t have much stock Absolute joke2 months agoEDIT* Must of changed security contractors or perhaps the manager/store owner’s attitude has changed, far less invasive/intense security presence now. Nice, friendly Indian fella on the door! Hopefully the critical reviews made a difference & things will stay this way!(From Nov 2022) Won’t be going back. It’s fine having security being friendly and non-threatening but I genuinely get terrified with the security in this store, it’s too much, it’s scary. I don’t blind buy perfume so you’re stalked, watched, questioned, searched and told to shop differently by the security simply for browsing (great way to get people to buy less, btw). Terrifying shopping experience, everyone is treated like a thief, it’s happened repeatedly too so I’m sure it’s b/c of management or the owner. Unacceptable to treat other human beings like this, frankly.
a year agoGood location here, you can park your car next to the store.a year agoProduct and prices are good. The pharmacists are the rudest I have come across. Basic people skills not part of this franchise that’s for sure. This has been a couple of times now so will not be going back. Lucky for the smiley security guy.. Basic manners sadly can’t be learnt after puppy stage.

5 Replies to Top 10 Picks: 24-Hour Pharmacies in Perth
not really the best location (but always handy to have one in the city), and the interior is pretty tight and narrow between aisles – in comparison to other branches. but nonetheless, its still pretty well stocked, and staff here are friendly enough whenever you need help.
Queuing to pick up a cream that i bought online, click & collects.. And I’m standing at the que with the click & collects sign. When reached my turn to pick up my item, they told me off saying this counter is for refund only, not for click & collects.. Well , what is that sign on the floor for then? They should take the sign off..
I am writing this review to share my deeply unpleasant experience at this store. I arrived there 10 minutes before closing time and was allowed in by the security guard. However, when I approached the pharmacist in charge of filling prescriptions, an Asian man, he looked at me ignorantly and did not smile. I requested my prescription medication, and he replied with a long face, saying “No,” and walked away without asking if my condition was urgent or apologizing for any inconvenience.
I also find it appalling that the store kept its doors open if they were not willing to serve customers, making it seem like they were open for business. This lack of consideration for customers’ time and needs is unacceptable.
This kind of treatment is unacceptable for a healthcare professional, and it raises serious concerns about the competency of the pharmacist in question. As a licensed pharmacist, he should have shown proper care and attention to my needs as a customer and patient, but instead, he was dismissive and unprofessional.
I am disappointed with the Chemist Warehouse management for employing someone with such poor customer service skills. It leaves me concerned about the quality of care that patients receive at this store.
I hope this review helps others to make an informed decision when choosing where to obtain their medication.
I’m very impressed with the customer service of the staff and pharmacist at Murray street chemist warehouse in Perth city. Extremely helpful with information and side effects of medication and also knowledge of products in the store. Very minimal wait time there for filling scripts. Store stockwd well with lots of products. Disabled parking right out the front otherwise city parking very limited however walking distance from the Murray street and Hay street mall and train station.
Very bad customer service! I won’t be using this store again. One of the staff a girl with black long hair who wears glasses and is of Asian descent, was extremely rude. They have no understanding of customer service whatsoever. Even when I asked her if she was busy, she just does not want to help you. Another staff members were speaking Mandarin and laughing together. not recommend this store.
