4 months agoFriendly, cheerful staff. Nice selection. Had to purchase a knee support. When I got it home realized the box had been opened and the elastic was stretched. Clearly a returned item. I just don’t think those should be put back on the shelf for sale.a month agoI Will be going elsewhere. I will not pay a surcharge on purchases. They need to sort that out with their Bank if the charges are from them, it is not my problem to pay their fees. Lost a customer.5 months agoSo disappointed with how they treated my mum ,she’s had surgery and needed some waterproof surgery non-stick bandaid s for her belly button . She has had a bad reaction to them and wanted to change them , but the won’t give her money back to change to something else and won’t help her out at all ? not happy , I’ve never had any issues before with them.3 months agoMy wife and I were both sick with covid. Your discount chemist in Horton Street delivered needed medication promptly and without charge and we are very grateful to them for this .We are from out of town and were stuck.4 weeks agoIf you’re going to charge 1% extra for purchases PUT THE REAL PRICE OF YOUR PRODUCTS ON THE SHELF.
