Friendly staff on checkouts. The people organising the groceries for pick up don’t put their trolleys to oneside. They usually have it sticking out and then they stand back and block access. The older ladies are fine, just the younger ones do this.
The grocery selection is good, but the prices have gone up too much. Cheese slices woolworths brand used to be $7.
In one week it went from $10 to $12.
    That’s $2. That’s definitely over charging.

This is a really good supermarket. Clean, well run, well stocked. Parking is pretty good (not controlled by the supermarket, but still..). Staff are helpful and it is easy to get your stuff and get away again. There is also a pharmacy, a bottlo, a bakery and a newsagent. Plus takeaways. Not amazing, but really pretty good.

Its a shame they lost their bookshop…what would really help this shopping center is more businesses to open..I think it has great potential to expand…maybe a Big W..or something similar ..I think its a shame bunning is so far away…
Also access from the center maybe helped by the foot path being extended along the bypass being extended to the botanical gardens..and also to Bunnings would be helpful..just a few thoughts

Excellent service from staff when self-service checkout had a problem. Rhonda put all my purchases through another till with a happy attitude. Thanks.

Service has gone down. Direct to boot was handy but things get forgotten, or are out of stock.
Forget going there before 730am if you do a decent sized shop,
as the tills are not open and you are forced to use the self service tills.

  1. Easy to access with my powerchair no space issues, great range of stock..my only whinge would be although I didn’t buy anything on this occasion I had to wait inline for nearly 15 minutes to leave store, which is fine if your on foot, but in my powerchair I found embarrassing because of the room I need to navigate my chair around customers…

  2. The male working on register 2 today needs to work on his customer service. He was passive aggressive because a lady’s card declined once. He didn’t seem one bit interested in working, customer service was poor. He did say have a nice day even though you know well it was fake with passive aggressive tone. This all went down around 4:15pm.

  3. This supermarket is great! East parking, well kept, well stocked and good range. Often busy but they open registers very quickly. A big shop, or just grab the milk, it’s really easy to get through and get out again.

  4. maybe a competent manager can see when only two working at check outs and people waiting excessively can perhaps put someone on third checkout. Very simple 101 management.
