They also have a self serve lolly area where you dish up your own stuff, weigh it then pay at the front. Good selection of fruit and vegetables as well.in the last weekPretty slack place. Most times have to go to service desk to the find help for items. No express checkout take to long to serve you.3 months agoNot a bad place to shop.
Been there a few time where the staff members could do with some body hygiene.6 months agoAvoid this, and all Coles. Recently their ethics have been found wanting, offering deals to get you to order, which are obviously out of stock, then only supplying the full priced items. Never allow them to substitute items when ordering online. Don’t trust their click and connect. SMS messages can’t get thru, emails ignored. I am boycotting them.2 weeks agoI don’t know why this coles branch is offering burnt bread to customers. Is something wrong with you bread machine. Please don’t customers by hiding the burnt sides of the breads.Still after a year same situation but they have started hiding burnt side of breads in between.Well done Coles.

Have picked up a couple of bargains regular shopping spot for me due to convince and still.cheaper then woolies most shops3 months agoCheaper than Woolworths Hermit Park and the staff actually smile at you. A much better range of products and fresher than the aforementioned. Did someone forget to put the fruit in them?
I get fed up with buying items that I like and finding some bean counters have ruined them. I purchased Coles hot cross buns because they were my favourite out of all the ones I had tried. They were the best in Townsville in my opinion…… because they had fruit in them.

Amazing service at the self check outs. I was rushing for the ferry and had forgotten to get a replacement gas cylinder for the soda stream and the Coles staff member in this area noticed this. She offered that someone could get me one. This happened faster than lightning, then she helped me lift bags into the trolley and did up the zips. I caught the ferry with minutes to spare – this would not have been possible without their assistance. Much appreciated.
Pretty much the same as all Coles now when it comes to self service being pushed more than register use but that’s to be expected. The majority of staff are helpful.
Conveniently located usually well stocked. Great staff!
Awesome little shopping centre. Coles have almost everything you would need. The range of small stores in the centre, such as the bakery, compliment perfectly. Easily accessible by foot as well as scooter or bus.
