5 months agoEvery time I go in the morning to get bread during the advertised open hours there is no one there and it’s all locked up. Since owner ship change this shop is unreliable.11 months agoJust wanted to say a big thank you to the lady who works for food works (name unknown) who helped us booking a cab to the airport this morning. I pop into Foodworks on the corner of Shakespeare and Goldsmith St.’s for a lovely cappuccino ☕made by Megan* or other nice ladies serving at the shop. All is done of course with a ‘social distancing’, etc.I enjoy it and it helps the business to survive as well!!???

Litteraly just saw customer pay 30 dollars for ciggerates I am next ask for 20 cash out old lady Brown hair at info desk says we have no cash. I ask what about the 30 she just pa8d u she says that’s for our customers will be calling head office wh e they are open
Had a very nice security guard stand guard for my E-scooter + 2 other scooters inside the main doors for me on a rainy day. She was that lovely, I’d let her keep my scooter if she was to steal it ?
This is my favourite Coles in town. The fresh produce is the best here, and they rarely have low stock. The staff here are usually nice and the store is often presented well.
Sometimes, there are empty boxes on the ground, which staff don’t pick up while they’re walking around the store. I’ve seen two elderly people trip because of this. Would love to see this communicated to the team.
Most staff are usually helpful. Always a quick shop in the City. ???♂️
