a month agoA staff member that works here is really rude , kicked me out because I was making a drink and tried to tell me that I was in here the other day and I never was he took my drink off me and told me to get out and not come back – he dose not Know how to treat customers with respect and kindest , I was always fine going here but this guy worker is so rude and has respect4 months agoAlways treated with the biggest smile even though it must be a really hard job with all the homeless people, Gang members and drug attics at out the front. As hygiene is to key to fight COVID ??. Thankyou guys.5 years agoWent in this morning to make a cup of tea. Asked the proprietor for tea bags as there were none by the coffee machine. When I asked him why he kept them behind the counter, not at the machine, I received a torrent of aggression in return.Why he felt this was necessary, I do not know.
Taking the time to be courteous to your customers is so small a thing. This 7-11 could try a lot harder.

In Frankston we’re spoilt for 7-Eleven choice, this store I frequent during the morning coffee run rush on the way to work. The attendants are always friendly, has everything you’d expect from a 7-eleven. Just waiting for them to install additional coffee machines ?
Milk went into my car instead of unleaded 91 and my car is highly lactose intolerance. I’d just prefer for next time that petrol comes out instead but other than that I had really nice prolonged eye contact with my server x I was also arrested for trying to steal petrol (when it’s not busy being milk) what sort of a conservative country do we live in ? I can’t even rack petrol SMH

Hi, today around 4:30pm i went to this 7eleven to grab a bite and choose peri-peri chicken sandwich i planned to eat in my car but after opening the package I found there was fungus like white thing stuck on the lining of the bread. And when i went back inside to show it to the person working there he was kind enough to look into the matter, even though I received my money back and got everything sorted with little deniability from the staff, i am writing this post to make everyone aware that please check the food after opening the packet as I noticed the fungus after finishing half of the sandwich.

While it isn’t end of the world, I have to wonder why there is a 7 Eleven app, with offers if they are not going to be honoured.
I spent 20 minutes waiting in store while trying to redeem an Offer, only to be told the Boss said they won’t do it.
Strangely I noticed that they didn’t have any of the 7 Eleven offers advertised.
Note to self: Pick another store!
