I have registered with Australia post. Where I live I can’t have parcels left unless ill be home. I had my parcel left in the parcel locker that is in the plaza with kmart. It’s outside coles. So easy to use. I just had to scan the barcode and enter my phone number the parcel door opened and I collected. They give you a time and what date it needs to be picked up bye.
Much easier than lining up in the post office or stressing about lost items. I’ll be using it every time.
My daughter went in to go ask about how to send a package, she has autism and finds it hard to talk. When she tried to ask them questions they kept laughing at her and being snobby, ended up not letting her even send a package and she came out in tears.
Awful staff
Have had nothing but help from the staff at Burnie post office, plus my local suburban one.
The customer service has always been amazing. Very kind staff!
