2 months agoHello,Was served by Kristen and service was prompt and reliable. The truck driver was amazing and thoughtful. The driver got down into the side of my property with ease and dropped the dirt off right where I need it saving me time and lots of wheelbarrow loads. Yes, I’ll use them next time. Thanks again!!
3 weeks ago2 pm Saturday, bright and sunny with no rain predicted. CLOSED DUE TO INCLEMENT WEATHER2 years agoDropped in this Sunday morning to pick up some gravel. Fast and efficient pick up. As soon as I arrived, Glenn asked what I was looking for and let me know what was in stock. Straight away he went and got the material, loaded the ute while I was paying for it, and off we went. Great experience. Thanks to Robyn at the front desk too!2 years agoOver-promised and under-delivered … Nice people, but very poor communication and customer service, terrible follow through and an obviously inefficient system of managing orders- ours came weeks late, and with 1/3 of what was ordered without being informed. An overall disappointing experience- I switched to a local provider, ‘Pigots Midwestern Sand and Soil’ and they have been wonderful so far- I would highly recommend them over AGL.2 years agoOrdered some plants and soil on line 2 week ago. $497.00 worth. The Blayney depot is just 10 minutes from me! When I rang them for eta they said everything will come from Sydney which is 4 hrs away. Rang Sydney they said its 3 weeks to get my stuff. They will send it to Orange and then to me. Rang Orange depot and asked to cancel the order I will just go to Bunnings! Christine at the Orange depot promised to refund my $497,00 a week ago!! Rang her 3 times she still has not done it! So no I DONT RECOMMEND THEM IT WILL BE A HASSLE TO GET MY MONEY BACK! THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY PRETTY QUICK AND DONT WANT TO GIVE IT BACK!!!

Great range of pots and plants nice friendly staff ,I was looking for a particular tree which they fjdn’6 have but happily offered to order it in for me good old fashioned customer service !
Not as many garden statues as there were when we visited last. We really loved the dinosaurs from 4 years ago, sad they were all gone.
But plenty of great gardening items like pots and plants, and some varieties of smaller garden statues, such as wombats and platypus
It appears Thompsons garden centre spends a lot of money advertising however a shame they let themselves down with the unenthusiastic staff. Are they tired ,uninterested or just not happy working there .? Doesn’t make for a pleasant shopping experience ……..again . ?
A little bit of everything. Great variety of pots and indoor and outdoor plants. Some great options for gifts too.
Varied range of plants conditioned to our climate, and good service.
