2 months agoBought a bike from here, it took them 2 weeks to build it and then when I came to pick it up they wouldn’t let me leave the store because it was “checked out 13 days ago”, even though I showed them the purchase receipt. Got it sorted out, but to say it was embarrassing is an understatement. Shout out to the one lovely young lady that apologized for the situation.5 months agoI want to highlight the efforts of the service desk staff in the Erina Fair store, they are always helpful, friendly and cheerful, they are the best staff I have ever seen in a department store, special mention to Sharyn and Karen. I enjoy watching them deal with customers as I wait in line, they always serve politely and patiently with a smile on their faces. 4 months agoInstead of having your staff members standing around and doing nothing, put them on the register, absolutely no one on the register and staff just expecting everyone to Self check out, I had to say something to get a staff member to serve myself on the register9 months agoHad a terrible experience today with the lady at the front of Kmart who checks the receipts on your way out she has short hair and wears glasses there was a lady in front of me that she just let walk out without checking her receipt and another lady who walked out and just quickly flashed her receipt while walking out and didn’t bother checking her receipt properly than I go to walk out and she fully checks my receipt which I found very unprofessional I told her why didn’t she check the peoples receipts that went before me but you want to fully look at mine she didn’t have much to say I also said next time make sure you check everyone’s receipts properly she came back at me and said I was to busy on my phone which I replied even though I was on the phone I was still aware of what was happening in front of me.!! Staff are always helpful and most things are in stock but variety of sizes in men’s clothing is lacking. It’s normally too small or too big for me and can’t get what I want. This is probably due to supply issues with covid but just my experience here.
Kmart use to be a place were you could buy a decent quality present for someone , now there is still variety but it is mostly rubbish in quality and the place is absolutely over run with feral looking customers that turn neatly stocked shelves and clothing racks into a almighty mess for other people to clean up .
Kmart need to bring back customer service. I asked two employees to day for assistance and all I got was over there. No taking me to show me exactly where. Where it should of been a 5 min at most, took me good 20 min to find item I was looking for.
So I thought I would very nicely to let store manager know of my feed back waiting for her alone was a 6 minute wait.
Kmart makes you use self serve now self find.
Expansive store with good value and friendly service throughout.
Easy access and simple layout. Not a big fan of check outs in the middle of the shop though but probably because it’s unusual and not for any other reason.
