3 months agoThe manager in this store can be called “Colorado’s best manager” I have never seen a friendlier and more attentive manager. Seriously, I came here 3 times and he’s always asking around if customers need help finding something. If I had a retail business, I would bring this man over running my store! Thanks for being so great. You are true enrichment for TJ Max.9 months agoOverall a nice place and I have shopped here for years. They have a good selection of women’s clothing and accessories, but pretty lackluster in the men’s department. They’re cooking and home decor section always have fun things in it as well.10 months agoI went to Ross tonight. The store was a disaster, there wasn’t an employee in sight to help with the jewelry or make-up that is locked up. I then waited in line for 35 minutes to pay!!! Then I went to T.J.Maxx. The store was clean, organized and the employees were above and beyond amazing! The store manager was so helpful and patient showing me jewelry. When I was walking around trying to find the sweaters an employee asked if she could help, then looked through racks to help me find one like I needed. When I had filled up my basket and was trying to balance things on top, a sweet girl (I think her name was Alejandra) offered to take some of the bigger items up front for me!! They bagged my things so carefully and even helped me out to the car!! This is the best customer service I’ve had EVER! So, you could shop at Ross and dig through a mess and feel like an inconvenience after you’ve waited forever to pay or for the same prices you can get higher quality clothes and be treated like they’re glad that you’re there. Thank you to all of the people at T.J. Maxx tonight. You made finishing my Christmas shopping awesome.9 months agoGreat staff and location. Today things were a bit sparse on the shelves compared to a couple of days ago. The cashiers we had were exceptional and all had incredible customer service skills. Manager Christine was wonderful at both managing the morning rush and helping us with a tax exempt purchase. She was kind, patient, and so helpful! This staff is amazing!!9 months agoNo matter the location, every T.J. Maxx induces the same amount of stress and anxiety with their disarray and chaos. That being said, this is one of the better locations, moderately clean and organized. You can often find a good deal on clothes and items for your house here and during the holidays it is a perfect place for stocking stuffers and various gifts that won’t break the bank.a week agoSomething different but good every time I shop there. This is the most dysfunctional store. They matketed down multiple items and when you get to the register they say they are wrong. They dont honor their mistakes. Gloria the manager is very rude and disrespectful. She made a comment saying how do I NOTKNOW YOU PEOPLE didnt do that. Wow horrible.
Came in to find 1item but as usual, found many more. The main thing that I came to purchase had no price sticker and there were no others. I found an associate who left her task, got the number, and brought it to the checkout for me. She was extremely friendly and professional as was the associate who checked me out. Great job!
Good place to find quality items for less. They have furniture, pet items, gourmet foods, decorations, toiletries, shampoos, conditioners. Name brand items at way below prices. Why pay top dollar when you can get the same high end item for much less?
Never the same things on a daily basis so if you see something you like, grab it as it may not be there next time you shop.
Only shop here when you are in a patient, unhurried state of being, the check out line is a test of ones patience.. I must admit although, the selection of coffee and teas are beyond what you will find anywhere,.possibly, I should not be sharing this, for prices will increase and it will get far more crowded. In closing, most employees are helpful, and the “under cover” worker is comical at best.
Nice well kept store..by the time I was ready to leave the check out line was too long so had to leave. Nice that they have the door with security these days.
