3 months agoI needed to grab a refreshment and guess what slurries were only $1.50.The store was very clean and well stocked, the price of petrol was competitive considering the area.
I was served by a well mannered and dresser employee I paid my $1.50 and I was on my way.

3 months agoI heard a lot good about this store from my friends. So today i decided to give a visit the store. It was very clean and tidy, Everything so basically stocked up. Loved the time being there. My friend mainly told me about his fella name Miles. He is a very good at doing his job even explaining me and helping me out going beyond the typical customer service. He helped me get a coffee. i went between 1 – 2 pm. There was a very rude customer but I am surprised he kept calm and kept it cool. I will say he is definitely suitable for a job like this and he know exactly what he is doing. Hope to meeting this cool fella again.a week agoEasy petrol and a drink on the go . You can lock in the low price till later if it’s too busy . I don’t like the reward system when you spend more than 700 dollars you get a little little reward. Other than that staff are very friendly4 months agoMost of the staffs were fine except for one grumpy lady worked in most mornings recently, I was being yelled at the other day when I asked how much per liter did I get charged before paying as the bill doesn’t seem to be right. Also wrote to customer service to complain but they just brushed it off! Not visiting again.3 months agoToday I went to get some hot drink around 1:30pm .There is a male guy in the Service counter and I think his name is Melin. He is so rude and there is no proper wishing to the customer. Not even seeing what we have taken and not even waiting to scan the loyalty card just entering the amount and playing with his mobile. By the way this is not the first time Iam seeing like this but before as well the same thing happened to me. He is not suitable for that job. Rude and Aggressive Behavior is good in such positions.I don’t think the same thing will happen again and again hoping for the best.

I went to get a no sugar coke, which the label noted no sugar coke $2.20 so I picked up the limited edition no sugar coke and went to the counter. It scanned at $3 to which I informed them that the label said $2.20. The man behind the counter rudely said that doesn’t apply to the limited edition – even though there was no indication of the price! Either put the correct price on the drinks or don’t say that they cost more. RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL! go to BP next door instead – cheaper and nicer staff!
I am a regular here and always find the service from one of your ladies there,Sarah she is always positive and so helpful,this morning was no exception,I was having a horrible start and she was incredible,goes out of her way to help,professional and so lovely,she is a such a gem
Just wanted a couple of slushies on a hot day. The lady behind the counter looked at me then walked off and proceeded to fulfil an Uber Eats order. She then obviously made a mistake and her and the Uber eats fellow spent about 3 min trying to sort it out. She finally did and then came back to the counter but needed to do something else for the UE order. Finally got to serve me. When I left there was about 5 adults and 3 kids lined up not to mention the cars under the canopy that hadn’t had their pumps activated.
Stopped by the 7-Eleven petrol station in Rockingham. Impressed with the variety of snacks and drinks in the convenience store. Fuel prices were reasonable, and the staff was efficient. Clean facilities and quick service. A reliable stop for both fuel and convenience items. Make sure to use the app.
I just ordered food from here and made sure to call before to make sure they had the food available and they said yes then when the food rocks up there is missing food. I call the store again and the man was very rude who answered, I asked what the mishap was and all I got back was that its my problem and they need to get back to work and hung up on me when I asked for there name. Completely disgusting behaviour. They have even unplugged the phone as I cannot call the store anymore of any phone so disrespectful and childish.
