This place blew my mind the first time I visited, didn’t expect for them to have so many useful things at reasonable prices. Great place to shop for almost everything..

Variety of EVERYTHING in this building… many different stores, boutiques, 1 stop shops & even food vendors. Oh, and can’t forget to mention, they have a barbrashop inside the building, along with a hair salon, nail salon, eye-lash spot & a Chinese Massage Parlor. This is a good go-to spot for almost ANY / EVERYTHING u can possibly need or be looking for.

Thee best farmers market I’ve ever experienced in a long time —- if ever!! Great diversity of food and hand crafted products even vintage wear. The vibe and energy of the vendors is personable knowledgeable. …I could go on and on. Just do your self a favor and stop by. I don’t think you’ll be disappointed!! ?

An excellent farmers market that takes place every Saturday from 10-2. There is always a great selection off fresh produce, flowers, and more!

During the summer stalls and tables lines a majority of Clark Park and make for a great day for cute shopping and fresh food. Its so friendly and always finding something new!

The market was really okay, everyone was nice and kind, the products were delicious, but sometimes a bit pricey for me. The park itself seemed to be neglected though.

Wonderful market community and opportunity to support local growers, bakers, and artisans! A very important part of my week to stock up on veggies + mushrooms and more. Eat with the seasons! Bring your own bag!

1. **Do bring cash**: Most vendors at flea markets prefer cash payments, so be sure to have enough on hand. ATMs may not always be readily available, so come prepared.

2. **Do negotiate**: Bargaining is a common practice at flea markets, and vendors often expect it. However, be courteous and fair in your negotiations. Start with a reasonable offer and be willing to meet somewhere in the middle.

3. **Do inspect items**: Take the time to carefully examine and test items before purchasing. Unlike traditional retail stores, vendors at flea markets may not offer returns or exchanges, so it’s important to ensure the item is in good condition.

4. **Do respect the vendor’s space**: Avoid touching items on display unless you have permission from the vendor. Be mindful of their setup and avoid disrupting their merchandise or booth.

5. **Don’t haggle excessively**: While negotiating is encouraged, it’s important to be reasonable. Don’t haggle relentlessly to the point of irritation. If a vendor is firm on their price, it’s polite to respect their decision and move on.

6. **Don’t block walkways**: Flea markets can get crowded, so be conscious of others and avoid lingering in narrow walkways or blocking access to vendor stalls. This allows everyone to move freely and browse comfortably.

8. **Don’t be intrusive**: Avoid touching personal belongings, bags, or wallets of other customers. Respect personal space and boundaries to ensure a harmonious shopping experience for everyone.

Following these rules will make your flea market shopping experience enjoyable and respectful. By being mindful of vendors and fellow shoppers, you can have a pleasant time exploring the unique items on offer.

  • Bring cash
  • Negotiate respectfully

  • Don’t block walkways
  • Be cautious about authenticity
  • Avoid being intrusive

  1. Many Jems amongst a lot of junk. That’s the beauty of the flea market experience.
The electronics guy has a great spot. You can get chargers, cords, many small electronic gadgets cheap! He has a fabulous one dollar section too. There is a bedding, curtains, guy who has brand new double panel curtain sets $10, bed-in-a bag for $20!
DEEP discounted paint cans are brand new in tons of colors and sizes.
Cute home goods like crystal, glass, and photo frames always priced to move.
I understand the sneaker store inside is good as well. The food stand inside has friendly, fast food and service.
It’s worth the trip. Parking is tough.

  2. Always great things to find at Great prices. Also they have a food bar inside. Even tho it’s not the finest restaurant it’s good ol American style hot dogs, burgers, soda, chips all Great when your waking around shopping or you can eat inside. Always positive energy.

  3. Decent flea market been going here for about 20 years mostly to get exercise but every now and then we’ll find the gem. They have a lot of regulars that have been there forever. My favorite vendor is a black guy named cheap you go around and he’s usually at the Street side on State Road in the same place every time guy knows how to turn stuff over quick all you have to do is yellow cheap cheap and I’ll turn around and say right here lol love the guy good place get there before 2 PM because people like to get out of there early pack up and go Any kind of rain usually half show up depending on the amount of rain. The inside has some neat little shops. Also, if you’re a bargain hunter, this is your place.
