Ms. Cole is incredibly knowledgeable about the La-Z-Boy products and she has an amazing skill of finding THE perfect recliner for you. She showed us several chairs and each option was a perfect fit. Once my husband made his choice, Ms. Cole was prompt and efficient in completing the purchase and giving us details on the delivery of the recliner. She is warm, and friendly and she makes shopping at La-Z-Boy a delight! When we’re ready for our next piece of furniture, my husband and I will definitely reach out to Ms. Cole for her expertise and guidance in finding our next perfect piece.

4 months agoI had a great experience at American Freight! I had been to a few other places where I either received no attention or pressured into making an immediate decision. Our salesman was very knowledgeable and helpful ! When we had a question he would re-approach, answer it, then give us our space. The delivery was also very smooth. We bought a couch from Ashley back in November 2022. It was defective from time of delivery. We contacted Ashley the next day. The chase side support was installed too low causing the legs to be raised too high. My wife and I have been passed around through the most awful customer experience for the past 7 months. They have sent outsourced furniture repair companies 3 times to examine and try to repair the furniture. The actual repair attempt 5 months after purchase. We alerted Ashley of the defective couch in November of last year. We’ve been sent to a warehouse for replacement cushions that Ashley sent. The warehouse couldn’t locate the shipment. Months later, the second attempt was to try repair the bottom support. The repair tech finally gave up and said Ashley would need to replace the couch because it couldn’t be repaired. Now Ashley doesn’t have any record of this and they’ve closed the support ticket. We still have the defective couch. So please be aware that if you purchase furniture from Ashley, and it’s defective, you should expect nothing but trouble. You should expect to spend hours on the phone with a series of third party vendors and there will be no communication between them and Ashley, not mention no communication with you the customer. You will have ZERO assistance from Ashley Furniture. This has been the worst customer service experience we’ve ever had.
Michael was extremely helpful and even got us a discount so we didn’t go over budget! I can’t wait for my couch to be delivered next week! I paid for it in full so I can’t comment on any of the financing options but everything else went incredibly smooth.
I am very please with the experience I had selecting my furniture for my new apartment. Cheyenne greeted me as soon as I entered the facility and immediately approached me to help me with my needs. She walked me through every department giving me information on different items and accessories and helped me make great choices. I am pleased with the customer service she provided and how interested she was in helping me select everything I needed for my bedroom, dining area and living room. I can’t wait for my furniture to be delivered. Thanks Cheyenne for not only being a good saleswoman, but also for being a good person. I did business with the store at 7951 Winchester and plan to do business there in the future.
Ms. Dana was extremely helpful. She went out of her way to ensure my purchase would fit just right in my home. She is very knowledgeable on inventory and is very kind and professional! If you’re going to the Ashley store make sure you ask for Dana. You won’t be disappointed!
LaCassia Holcomb was the best! She was patient, knowledgeable, accommodating, and very laid back. No pressure at all. She gave honest and insightful advise. I was especially impressed that she kept notes from our first encounter a month prior to my actual purchase. I was supposed to go back the next day but got busy. She remembered me as soon as I walked through the door. She had written down what I initially picked out and had even researched some matching pieces that I asked for a month ago…which I had forgotten about. Aside from the sticker shock, it was a very pleasant experience shopping at Ashley with LaCassia! I will definitely go to her any time I need/want to buy more furniture!
