Scott was able to explain the problem and recommend the appropriate way to fix it and it worked! Great one stop shop for home maintenance items. We got many items for our apartment at a solid price (trash bins, hanging materials).
I wandered into this store today with an idea of what I wanted and no clue how to accomplish it. A very sweet security guard just inside guided me to Francisco. Francisco listened to me describe what I wanted to make, came up with ideas and a plan, and drew out a diagram. He then walked me to another department and introduced me to Ryan. Francisco explained to Ryan my goal. Ryan patiently spent lots of timing coming up with solutions for the hardware part of my project. We came up with the best solutions. Then he walked me across the store to the lumber department, where another patient employee helped me choose the appropriate lumber for my project.
During my visit to this store, I was very impressed with how I was treated with kindness, felt fully heard and understood, learned a LOT, and now feel educated and confident enough to complete my project.
A special thank you to Francisco and Ryan for their genuine caring about my goals, their vast knowledge, and personal attention, to make my visit so productive.
