7 months agoKmart Burwood Visited on 9/2/2023Kmart is great for ma y electrical items. Their home brand products are fairly reasonable and good quality.

I have not been to this Kmart store for years, because there was a smaller one near my house. Furthermore, my home is well established, and nothing is ready for landfill.
The Kmart store is no longer a retail outlet; instead it is for online pick-up.
Kmart Burwood is a very huge store, very bright and well stocked. Besides clothing, bedding, it also sells electrical appliances, electronic accessories, home office needs, and even a garden centre. The staff are helpful and friendly; my wife and I enjoy our shopping experience. The proof is in our bill of purchase.
4 weeks agoStore is massive and clean. Open 24hours.a month agolets start with if i could rate this store 0 out of 5 after my 1 hour 20 minute visit tonight trying to get a few things refunded which the staff where happy to help me with as i had all my receipts until there manager Bernadette come along and there system was playing up not doing refunds so i said thats fine just refund me in vouchers which i was told could not be done even after showing i had all my receipts and wasting my time at the service desk for 1 hour and 20 minutes going to be a great morning when i wake up and contact consumer affairs and others with this story worst manager of any store i have ever dealt with good luck shopping at this store i will never step foot in the store again even if it is the last one standing store rating 0 out 5 stars manager -5 out of 5 starsa month agoI had a lovely experience with a lady called Jane this evening 4.30pm who was so helpful and super nice to assist me with locating all these products for me! Great service with a smile. So happy I got everything required thanks to Jane4 months agoRudest service by staff member Irene. This is the 2nd time i have come in 2weeks. Hoping it was a different person. I had a few items of clothing & office items. Wanted assistance using the ‘self-checkout’. Her manner was pretty poor for a service person. I left my items on the table and left. She didn’t even try to assist or stop me leaving.Tomorrow Target will get my business. They cater to both self-serve & staff assisted customer counters.
Irene is definitely not suited to this job. Her manner, and tone are very poor.
If i could rate ZERO stars just for service i would.

a month agoVisited today, and the whole place absolutely wreaked of curry. No where in the store was there an area that didn’t wreak of it. I don’t know if someone scattered curry powder from one end of the place to the other, or someone tipped curry powder in the air vents or something, but it was sickening and we left because of the wreched smell. Not to mention how disgusting the kids toy aisles was. There was rubbish all over the floor, half eaten food, and absolutly no respect for putting anything back on the shelves, they’re just thrown anywhere.
Never going back to this Kmart. It stinks, it’s messy, and it’s,staff being able to clean up is just as bad as the morons who can’t put things back where they found it when looking at something.
2 years agoIt’s K mart. Cheap and relatively good quality. This store is not that small compared to other K-mart. It has two entrances. When you go at night, you can only use entrance which is close to outside parking area.2 months agoSince Covid this store has gone down hill, never any staff on, always a total mess, no longer 24 hours and self service is a broken joke. Do better Kmart! Where is that community feeling gone. Just a messy lifeless store now.2 months agoNo longer 24hrs, a shame. Place lacks staff and is not clean and organised. Hire more people who are sincere towards their customer service jobs.4 months agoHas got to be one of the most UNORGANISED and MESSY Kmart I’ve ever been to. Everything is just thrown around. There is not one neat and organised section. The staff are never willing to help you when you ask and the staff at the checkout area bark orders at you.
The beauty section is always empty and nothing is in its correct spot.
Don’t waste your time and just go to the Kmart in Tarneit.

5 Replies to Top 7 Picks: 24-Hour Kmart in Victoria
this Kmart is amazing because its 24 hours. its huge and every product is available. very clean and nice.
staff is courteous. prices are same as other kmarts.
I guess they should give out specials or something like that as it’s always full of customers.
parking is huge so it’s not a problem
there is no train station only bus stop so plan accordingly if you are traveling on public transport
24 hrs Kmart and quite big
Have vivid offers available, make sure you check and hop in.
I didnt find staff helpful. Its a big store and it was not quite possible to get the staff to resolve some issues or to get your query resolved. I prefer goging in late evenings just to avoid crowd and get by billing done quickly. Else its quite a wait time with no additional guidance from staff
the very rude manager with short hair ..you don’t deserve to be a manager ? ..you made my little one (little boy of special needs) having a bad day as he can’t control his aggressive behaviour because of your bad behaviour with him.. I hope you have one like him then maybe you know how to deal with those people…even I am sure you wouldn’t be a good mum as you lack alot of humanity.
Shame on you.
My late night life saver. I am so glad this place is open 24/7. It’s one of the very few retailers that cater to us that have work shifts at unusual hours. The staff I have encountered from the security guard at the entrance, the person who is at the fitting rooms to the checkout counter are extremely polite and friendly. Store has a much diverse range of products and very reasonable pricing. Love it.
It’s a hangout spot for teenagers.
