3 months agoI shop here regularly and I’ve mostly had good to great experiences. This target is well shopped and sometimes I can’t find what I need or want like popular food and drinks. But overall it is a good Target store. For over 10 years I’ve experienced great customer service and on my most recent trip the employees looked happy and were friendly.3 weeks agoTerrible in store experience – – empty shelves, store employees, don’t seem to care, long waits… Etc. Target customers deserve better. Amazon is a much better experience!5 years agoReally nice Target. Clean. Has A Starbucks. A nice Starbucks, and the girl at the counter was extremely friendly. I don’t live in the area, but if I did, I wound come here often. Very nice place. I wish the Targets near me were this nice.5 months agoHad an employee cut me off at the exit I had to ask him to remove himself from the door. Just because I’m a person of color it doesn’t mean I’m stealing. I circled back report the employee and they told me in a very condescending tone that they’ll reprimand him. Can’t believe it’s 2023 and I can’t just walk into a store complete my purchase and get on with my very busy life. Teach your employees how to communicate to people respectfully. I provided a photo of my receipt not that I should have to.6 months agoWho ever those two females were on at Number 4, and 3 tonight, amazing, I want to see both of them as supervisors, or management, they absolutely deserve a promotion, friendly, kind, and work hard. I would absolutely love to have those 2 as my shift supervisors no question.

11 months agoOct2022: 4⭐: I searched for a Target location that had a specific item I was going to purchase for my parents and some other generic household items. I located this one that wasn’t too far away but supposedly had the item that I was looking to purchase. I mapped out the location and headed out. When I arrived, there were several handicap parking spots available in front of the store location. It was not very difficult to find as it was marked well with the branding signs. I walked through the store and noted that there were several individual stores within this area that were functional, clean and neat. During my pickup at the customer service counter, the young lady was professional and courteous that I dealt with to handle my pickup.2 weeks agoThey have everything locked up and it is a pain to get someone to unlock them. Plus I like a little privacy when I am shopping. Well I’ve been meaning to buy from more mom and pop shops. I guess I have more of a reason to do it or just go online ?2 weeks agoI went to the Watertown Massachusetts Target to buy some watch batteries that I had seen online. The gentleman name JC that worked there was so kind to help me out and walk with me over to where it should be. It was not there so he had me wait there and then he ran to a couple other places by the registers. It wasn’t there so he told me to follow him to the area in the back of the store while he went to the warehouse area to check the battery section. Again, nothing was there. So he led me to the area to the mall entrance and there was a freestanding battery kiosk there and my batteries were there.In the time that I was walking around the store with him, I was having a conversation and found that he had a really great attitude about working there and helping customers. Also, while I was with him a number of target employees came up to ask him for information. Seems like he’s a real “go to guy” for a lot of the employees. And I could see how patient he was not only with myself, but also with the other employees. Also, when he saw that there was an issue with some thing, he made sure to talk to another employee to correct it. I’m not sure if he is in any sort of management position, but with his people skill, his knowledge and the confidence that other employees have in him, he definitely would make a great manager of some sort. I’ve been in management before and I would certainly be very happy to have him as one of my employees.
4 weeks agoZach at customer service was really awesome and informative. Went above and beyond to make sure the item I needed was indeed not in stock, and made sure I knew when it would be back. I was very pleased with my visit. Quick and easy.in the last weekThis was my go to store for years. Now that the aisles are under lock, I will not be returning. Product loss should have been better managed from the start to avoid having to implement a system that negatively impacts paying customers.

Definitely a cool factor for target. I’m not a target fan but this one is definitely awesome. They have all the boston gear as well for reasonable prices. Definitely worth going to for cool factor.
This target has locked up all personal products (shampoo, deodorant, etc) behind clear cabinets. I understand this is a target in a metro area however it’s clear they don’t have the infrastructure to support this as there are no employees present to open the locked cabinets for you if you need to purchase something. I waiting nearly 15 minutes just to grab some razors
Consistently understaffed and understocked, really seem to handle the influx of college student at certain times throughout year. Come on a slow day and you are fine, but stay away otherwise – unless you want to wait 30min in checkout line. Frustrating because location is huge and in a great location!
This Target has been going downhill for a while but this morning’s run was downright awful. They’re out of many things the app, and their own system, says they have. Shelves are a chaotic mess. Lots of stuff locked up and the system for calling someone to unlock takes so long it took me half an hour to get four items. Then, the self-checkout system broke down and they told me it would be another 10-15 mins to get a receipt. I’m done with the Fenway Target.
The busiest target I’ve ever been too but they get you moving FAST! Overall a solid experience, nice people, clean, organized, easy to navigate. 8.78/10 target experience!
