2 months agoVery good shopping experience. Kind and helpful staff. They usually have everything in stock and out for sale that they are supposed to have. All around a wonderful store to buy all kinds of odds and inns.5 months agoI like the products offered and the prices are good (nor everything is 5 below, stuff in back is slightly higher) but I think my turn off for this store is that there isn’t an option to have a cashier. Everyone rings themselves up. And there’s one cashier overseeing. I feel, I’m a customer not an employee and I should have to ring myself up if I prefer not to.in the last weekThey have sekd check out but an employee does it for you. Love this store lots of great things for everyone at low pricesa month agoHorrible shopping experience. Not sure if theft is an issue but closing every self checkout register and relying on one cashier to check people out is a horrible business practice. I wouldn’t recommend this location and advise others to go to the new one on Summer Ave.a week agoFirst visit to Five Below. I will have to return on a later date to browse. 2 years agoMy kids loved it. The staff was super friendly and helpful. They made sure we had everything we needed and they didn’t try to push us to buy extra stuff. My kids got backpacks for their bears instead of boxes. It makes them so much easier to carry and the backpacks are really cute. The employee who worked with our daughters to make their bears was sweet and very talented, she really seems to love her job. She gets the bears made quickly but without rushing my daughters. Perfect.8 months agoWorst experience at build a bear ever. The first time I went two years ago as soon as I walked in I got helped , spoken to as soon as I came in and they walked through the whole process . I came with my best friend and his son today . No one greeted us when we walked in to helped we walked around and figured everything on our on. The lady who stuffed the bear was very rude to my best friends son, she even put hands on him , he was very excited so he was trying to grab the bear as she was sewing it up and she basically pushed him , she didn’t have to do that . If you want A1 customer service and nice people don’t go to this build a bear .

Good store, kept clean and has a friendly crew. Generally good stuff in this store $5 Or less.
I thought the Five Below close to my house was awesome by dollar general and CVS in Bartlett. But this one is way better! Its bigger, has nicer employees, more stock of any category of stuff. Also I find all these old school things that are awesome even candy they dont have anywhere else now and other foods. I absolutely love this store and its located right by Ollie’s and big lots which are similar. So it’s worth the trip if you dont find much at one then visit the other. It’s all in “The Commons” shopping center and parking lot.
Customer service was awesome and good place to buy my grandsons toys and electronics without spending a lot of money
A fun place that doesn’t hurt the wallet. Nice employees too. A rare find!
