This store is fairly clean. I do like the wider aisles so you have space to go around people stopped to shop. Store is organized well and stocked. Downsides to this location are the high transient population roaming the lot asking for money. Also, the back of the lot looks like truck parking with how many park out there.

I would like to give a great review to the lady I think i seen Cheryl on her tag, but she is most definitely a sweetheart. My family and I came in today to get food for the night. She is as bright as her eyes. Her energy is so warm. Keep her she is a great people person

They never have shopping cards inside the store. Customers are having to go to the parking lot and look for their own. Associates don’t know which register gives cash back. Another associate asking Customers to rate them 5 stars. NO WAY do they deserve 5 stars.

I bought the new set of tires, and I thought since I’m making the purchase why not install it there too and that’s how I did it separately I also bought a filter only so that in the end the technicians damaged or stole 2 tire pressure sensors that they later wanted sell them to me. If you want parts stolen or damaged from your car, go to the maintenance service, they will be happy to assist you. I tried to talk to the manager who was not responsible for what they did.

A quick stop to pick up a pair of denim shorts – in and out. Didn’t have time to check out the rest of the store, but they’re pretty close to the same wherever you are.

Had the pleasure of visiting Walmart Supercenter with friends and family and had a pleasant experience. As we entered the building, we noticed there were no slip or trip hazards. The associates that we spoke with were friendly and professional and knew the general area of the items we were looking for. There were several lines open and very few individuals in lines.

Not use to this Wal-Mart. But the staff friendly and helpful. Went for crafting items.

I went here to buy a 65″ TV yesterday and got literally no help from the employees there whatsoever. I spent about 20 minutes going between the selection of tvs they had and the associates were just talking amongst themselves. There were about four of them. Once I found the TV that I wanted I had to push it to the front on the floor. I pushed it from the electronics department to the registers at the front before eventually grabbing a shopping cart and sliding it on somehow. The sad part is, the only person that ever offered to help me was another customer. Will try another store next time.

7 out of 10 visits, I feel like none of the employees actually want me there. There are a few nice employees who treat you like a customer and not an inconvenience, but most of them won’t go out of their way for you unless they are obligated to (and let you know in their face that they’d rather not).

I only go here because it’s closer to home but I hate how I am always treated like a criminal here. I have to purchase certain items in the same department. Items locked up have to go to the front where I have to ask for it. I understand other people ruin it for the rest of us but it’s rather annoying.

  1. Not only are they rude as hell, they will push you to another cashier. Walmart, do you even care about your people anymore. I will cancel my credit card with you. There is no point to go we’re I do not even feel valued or even take care of as a customer. What ever happen to Walmart they are so rude I would give you a zero but I can’t

  2. Them guys in Pick-up and Delivery handling their Business!!!! In this HEAT!! TIP-EM for not only working hard, but for being assets to OUR COMMUNITY Instead of Burdens. Good job 471

  3. I came to return a air mattress an the lady was helpful . Lol the Air mattress was to small my son is very tall so I had to exchange it ?‍? other than fair price good product . This one is 125$

  4. This is the worst Walmart in Dallas. So many of their products are kept locked up including soap, underwear, tools, toiletries, ect. They make you pay after opening each case. I hade to pay three different times for normal things stopping my shopping each time. Ridiculous. Then as I was trying to leave I was stopped again at the front door by a very rude greater who insisted I show all the receipts and would not let me pass until her and a security guard rifled through my purchased belongings. I told them I don’t consent to being searched and they said I don’t have a choice. They treat people like criminals just for shopping there. I absolutely hated every moment I was in that Walmart.

  5. Almost every employee here is rude. If you need help in a certain department and you can’t find anyone, don’t you dare ask a Walmart employee in a different department. They will snap at you and tell you they don’t work that department, walk away, and don’t offer any solutions. None of the cashiers or greeters actually greet/welcome you. Employees shopping orders leave their cart in the middle of the aisles, and don’t say excuse me whenever they’re in your way. They come around corners, fast, bumping into you without saying anything. Lines are always long and slow. Self check out lanes are not stocked with plastic bags. There’s always a group of employees just standing around in a circle, talking, and clearly on the clock doing absolutely nothing. This has to be the worst location I’ve ever been to. I rather travel 10-15 mins more to the next location in Garland.
