10 months agoLet me just say WOW! I was instantly blown away by how clean and organized the store is. The produce amazing! The kids clothing super organized and well stocked. Every section of walmart was extremely well stocked. Bravo to the workers and store manager for keeping employees happy to work there and keep a huge store clean.4 weeks agoAlways organized and clean! I think I’ll always prefer their grocery side to their goods side, and their succulents are always pretty cheap and well cared for. So sad to learn my favorite greeter Estephania won’t be working anymore though. She always made my day and would even come out of her way to say hello. a week agoYesterday, I shopped at Walmart on the Westside and found my favorite Trail Mix nuts up in price. Inflation has really hit Walmart and We as customers are “Paying the Price!2 weeks agoThey remodeled the store which is great, but for the past several years they have less and less actual people working registers. After the remodel it is 99% self checkouts but yet they have SO MANY employees. You shop yourself, check out yourself, and while you’re checking out they will be on their phones making sure you’re not stealing. Before you leave, you have to show your receipt. You will be treated like a criminal no matter your race or age. It’s honestly become annoying and old to shop here… I started giving my business to other places around town instead. I’ve never stolen anything in my life, and I’ve never made a mistake while checking out my own groceries. And don’t even get me started on the beauty section of the store… everything is locked up! And you have to check out before you leave that section. No thanks.a month agoWell I went to the supermarket in El Paso to get a little bit stuff and I love this store I never go for nothing and ways come out of there with more, crazy. Most of the staff are very helpful and respectful and I love that. If a person can’t be happy with the customer, then I don’t e. A yeah if you go there it’s organized and clean.they always have what I’m looking for. Needed a electric skillet and found it right there I love it cooks fast .in the last weekStop forcing customers to use self checkout and then questioning their integrity by asking for a receipt when I leave. I was showing my sister my outfits and she and others were standing outside. This grown man walks in and laughs as he watched me in just my bra and undies I felt so violated. The lady at the desk just tells me uhhh want me to say something? are you serious? cops were no help either. No one cares and it shows. I’m so upset and I’m crying. Never again

Edit July 2023, this Walmart just doesnt care about pets mixing in with human food. Another one with pet inside where human kids would sit in. Workers at walmart walking by without informing that patron “pet ls are not allowed”.
There is something special about some of the dog owners in El Paso. Service animals do not need the padding to sit in where people put human babies in. Walmart is a place that sell foods, why do walmart let pets in to begin with? So those pet owners think it’s okay for human foods to cover in their pet’s hair? We have to worry about fleeces from your pets? My pet stays at home, if you can’t house train your pets and leave them at home, maybe you should take a step back and think if you qualify to be a pet owner
Samsung pay, Apple pay and Google pay doesn’t work on the new self checkout registers; Walmart pay works, you have to link your credit card, debit card, EBT card, gift card or PayPal account on the Walmart app.
Lately they stop restocking while the store is still open to the public; Thanks for that.
The last several trips I’ve made to this particular Walmart I’ve noticed a definite decline in selection, availability, customer service, and a big increase in prices. Tonight I went around 9:30 pm and the aisles were pretty much already impassable. Totally blocked with cases and boxes everywhere. Some kid with a floor washer insisted on making me move out of his way instead of just going around me as I’m trying to get cereal for my kids so I said you know what, I’ll just go if my presence in the store is disturbing your ability to clean the floor over a hour and a half before closing time. I took my cart of groceries up to customer service and left it there without buying a thing. It will be a long while before I return to this location. They had no decent fruit, meat, or bread anyway so why bother?
Went in to grab some stuff that I need it to make a recipe of sweet & sour chicken, complements of Ripple Street & Walmart. I went late in the evening, and the Walmart store was calm and quiet. This is not my usual Walmart, so was a little thrown off, but I started waking then everything became familiar. Not many of us late shoppers, so the self check-out was quick. I believe that there is only self check out during late evening hours, however, still friendly helpful staff available should you need them, like I did. Speaking of friendly people, the young gentlemen greater was also very kind and welcomed me in, we even had a short dialogue. Overall this trip to Walmart was pleasant even for me, someone who really doesn’t enjoy any kind of shopping.
Be sure to lock up your vehicle and take in all of your valuables due to the the very bad activity that lingers in the parking lot. Oh ya security watches it all going on and does not care.
