The store is clean but I just really don’t like how there is only 3 self serves with cash. Every other one is card only. So you’re standing there holding up the line because some people have cash. You can’t go to the cash register because no1 is there or it’s always full. We need more registers or self serve with cash. Other then that the store is great.

What a great experience to use Shop and Go. So handy and it makes shopping just that more easier! Would keep coming back here just for that!

Self-serve staff take it on their own accord to touch your personal belongings in your trolley when the situation does not warrant inspection. If they paid more attention to the actual reason they were called over to assist, this uneducated approach to manning the self-serve area can be avoided or Woolworths Rouse Hill should simply employ the right people to do the job. I’m so sick of this type of behaviour not being pulled into check. It never is so disrespectful at coles or other shops.

Good place to shop, but hardly not a lot of stock in the Fresh departments, especially in pre packed meat and the deli section.

Unhappy shopping experience in wws Rouse hill. Just because I wear my gym bag in the shop today and didn’t buy anything. I have to be stopped and opened bag for checking when I walked through the self checkout.

Shelves are usually messy in some areas of the store and pricing is missing. Please send your staff to Marayong of Greystanes to receive further training.

Also more staff are required for this store. Especially at the self serve.

RUDE DELI STAFF!! This is my first time to make a review because this really is extremely awful (understatement). 1 star is even a generous rating! I approached the deli area and waited patiently for the staff to finish serving one customer (as she was alone around 8:00 am (7th March 2023), gave her a smile as she was approaching me and I said “Good morning” and no reply, no smile and asked me angrily” What do you want?” I said a kilo of chicken thighs pls” while pointing to it . she asked angrily again “What chicken?” (I thought she prob didnt hear the word thighs) and I said this one while pointing to it and she angrily and in a loud voice said “I cant see your finger”. At this stage I am already shaking with anger and tempted to talk back but I just kept quiet and I looked at my husband and he was shocked with this old lady’s attitude. So she placed the chicken in the scale and asked me (without looking at me and yelled “over or under?”) I was glad I knew what she meant (if its ok if its over/under a kilo) and I yelled back I said “OVER” because I am already fuming at this stage and she wrapped it gave to me with no thank you, no eye contact and I uttered the word “Rude!” I wanted to speak to a manager at that time and my husband said for me not to worry and probably would’nt make a difference.

To this grumpy old lady who served me in the Deli on the 7th of March 2023 around 8:00 am in the morning… I dont know how you last in Retail with that kind of an attitude – RUDE! extremely RUDE! because it seems that you’ve been working for the company for a long time, I wonder how many complaints have you received and probably your Manager cant do anything about you as you probably bully her/him as well. To the Store Manager of Seven Hills, please re-train your staff and please give the comments here (not only my one but the others too) a thought. Come on Customer Service in 7 hills pffft!!!

Title: Warning: Disgusting Conditions at Woolworths Store, Seven Hills

I feel compelled to share my recent experience at the Woolworths Store in Seven Hills to warn others about the appalling conditions and lack of quality control. The state of this store is nothing short of disgusting and raises serious concerns about hygiene and customer safety.

First and foremost, the overall appearance of the store is extremely disappointing. The lack of cleanliness is evident, with dirty floors and shelves that are clearly neglected. The store seems to have a perpetual issue with pallets of frozen food left abandoned in the aisles, while workers engage in idle conversations, neglecting their duties. This not only obstructs the shopping experience but also reflects a lack of professionalism and respect for customers.

During one visit, I witnessed an incident involving a male worker with grey hair, who appeared to be in his 60s. He discovered a perishable item that had been left out of the fridge for potentially hours. Instead of taking immediate action, the worker responsible carelessly returned the item to the fridge, disregarding the potential health risks associated with such negligence. This blatant disregard for food safety is unacceptable and poses a serious threat to customers’ well-being.

Moreover, the quality of the fruit and vegetables at this store is nothing short of appalling. They not only look unappealing but also fail to meet even minimal standards of freshness. The produce barely lasts a couple of days before it starts deteriorating, rendering the expiration dates on packaging utterly useless. It is disappointing to see such a lack of care and attention to providing customers with fresh and quality produce.

Instead of addressing these pressing issues, it is disheartening to see the store’s management prioritize hiring security personnel to harass customers by constantly tailing them throughout the store. This not only creates an uncomfortable shopping environment but also reflects a misplacement of priorities. Rather than monitoring innocent shoppers, Woolworths should focus on improving the overall shopping experience by addressing the fundamental issues at hand.

In conclusion, I strongly advise potential shoppers to exercise caution when considering the Woolworths Store at Seven Hills. The deplorable conditions, including the store’s dirty appearance, frozen food obstructing aisles, negligence towards perishable items, subpar quality of fruit and vegetables, and unnecessary harassment from security personnel, are unacceptable. It is my sincere hope that Woolworths takes immediate action to rectify these issues and restore confidence in their customers.

Please note that this review is based on my personal experience, and others may have different encounters at this store.

Every time I order click and collect direct to boot my groceries are scattered everywhere in my boot. I even put out grocery bags and have them open, and they still ignore the bags.

  1. It’s nice to have covered parking but that’s really all the change to Woolworths. Since coles has opened up right next to it Woolworths has gotta up there game. Other then that I usually come here to get my groceries for the week and have no problems

  2. There is no bathroom close by if shopping, have to exit and walk 2-3 minutes away into other shopping centre. Definitely an inconvenience if mobility issues or with children.

Other than that, easy and free parking, store is always presentable with no issues

  3. When the deli closes at 10pm staff told me that seafood section have different trading hours and closes at 8pm. I was there at 7:35pm and still they saying its closed. Im not site how come seafood have different trading hours to start with.

  4. Worst service l have received. Ari the service manager needs to grow up, not good as a manager rude and so full of her self. Mia who was working with her not much better.
Why do Woolworths have children in these position’s. Never shop there again. Rude management ?

  5. The customer service experience in this store can vary depending on the staff’s mood and the person assisting you. It’s likely that about half of the staff is friendly while the other half may be in a bad mood. Unfortunately, returning products hasn’t been a positive experience for me. Once, I bought some potatoes through the self-service checkout but changed my mind and wanted to return them just 10 minutes later. However, I was met with rude service and was refused a refund. Unless you receive a promotion or discount, it’s probably not worth the hassle.
