4 months agoWent to Gladstone dental centre and saw dr Herman got my tooth pulled out and wow wat can I say didn’t feel the needle at all got my tooth removed with minimal effort went home was in a fair amount of pain but woke up today pain 2/10 can’t praise doctor herman enough tnk u so much and put some stitches in aswell tnk u guys so much will definitely be a repeat customer for sure6 months agoExtremely professional. I got an appointment with very little notice. Fantastic dentist, fast work and very affordable. I’d highly recommend this dentist practice to anyone needing work done.a year agoFriendly service. Dr Herman is a Fantastic dentist. I always go back there because I trust the dentists with my teeth and my families teeth, you don’t feel a thing! He does a great job so you can’t see the fillings even when they’re on your front teeth. 5 stars to him. Also jonte the receptionist makes the kids balloon animals for at the end of their appointment to make it special.2 years agoWarm welcoming reception. Punctual. Professional. Dr Herman was attentive and did a really thorough check up. Resolved my issues very well. Provided me with time and explanation of how to improve outcomes for my oral health.a year agoDr Lawrence was great with my 4yo and made him feel comfortable for his first visit. Michael is a great dentist and so friendly. Hes done great work on my teeth and he is wonderful with kids also. He has made my daughter (toddler) feel so comfortable going to the dentist for the first time. We have been back a few times since her first visit and he really goes the extra mile to ease her into her visits, even making a balloon animal for her after her check ups.

Awesome staff and excellent dentist. Went to these guys for a tooth infection and Dr Micheal fixed it all up for me i am now pain free after being in pain for over 8 weeks Dr Micheal is really kind and gentle and very very good at his job. As I’m sure all the rest of the dentist there would be too. I will be sending my whole family there from now on. Highly recommend.
I was so nervous to go into the dentist as I get nervous and feel sick in my stomach, but I got confidence and went in there. It was amazing! All of the man and ladies in there are incredible!

I personally have had bad experiences and Dentist’s give me anxiety. I had to see a dentist and was referred to 1300Smiles. All I can say is Michael is amazing, makes you feel so comfortable and relaxed I didn’t even feel like I was at the dentistn. So decided to take my son’s there, Mr Patel…. is so funny with my son’s, has me laughing and is so honest and upfront about everything. Wouldn’t go any where else, and the receptionist are always friendly.
Dr Michael Dimitrov and the Dental Assistants are an amazing, outgoing team with a dedication to achieving the best results possible and clearly explaining what needs to be done and why. I highly recommend their services. Thank you for your dedication, advice and amazing work!
