5 Replies to Top-Rated Target Superstore in San Francisco CA with Reviews

  1. The shopping carts are not cycled in a timely manner resulting in pileups at the cart return and none available for shoppers at the front of the store. Additionally, the carts are full of trash. Maybe a reflection of the clientele rather than the Target.
Clothing section is often disorganized with items being hung up in random sections and not returned correctly.
No call buttons to ask for assistance for items behind lock and key and so you must wander the store or flag down someone at the checkout area.
Parking lot is dangerous full of people blowing through stops or speeding. I find walking across the parking lot treacherous.

  2. Everything is locked up now.. Underwear, razors, ect.. They need an employee ready to help paying customers when we set off the sensors. Wait, times for help are too long. I’m now buying bulk from Costco. Used to come here and spend extra money for the convenience, but that’s no longer the case.

  3. My Return was quick and easy. I bought a waterproof sheet for my bed and got the wrong size. No problem. I had my receipt and got an instant refund. I went back and purchased the right size.

  4. There are so many reasons why I love Target and this Target in particular.

This particular Target is big, has great staff, wide aisles, easy parking, in a shopping center with other good stuff — House of Bagels, Michael’s, Black Bear Diner, etc., close to other shopping centers – Colma 280 and Serramonte which has another Target!, Kohl’s, etc.

    It’s right off 280.

As with the Target on the other side of 280, more and more stuff is locked up against theft. A necessary but frustrating development.
