Keep up the good work.5 months agoAhmed Sir is a legend, very well professional staff and very polite at all times, good customer service, I always highly recommend, the staff here are really friendly and helpful.2 years agoEvery other service station, cafe, restuarant and business in Braddon are able to keep their store front clean and respectable except for 7-Eleven Braddon. There is constantly deplorable amounts of used coffee cups, food packaging, drink bottles, decomposing food and cigarette butts littered around the centre. It is disgraceful and when compared to the cleanliness of McDonald’s across the road, it demonstrates how little management care.9 months agoI went to 7/11 Braddon to get 4 dozens original doughnut. I normally had to collect the doughnuts myself, but this time, a gentleman works in that store, his name is Ahmed, did it for me collecting from 8-10 different boxes to make my 4 dozens originals. A very gentle, polite and helpful person, very rare to find in Canberra stores. No happy endings, just an expensive tank full of fuel. When i come here the place can be very packed. I bought my coffee and slurps. I came at 4pm friday. The coffee area was a bit dirty. But can see why if the place is so busy. Google maps directions isnt correct and they need to change the lines on road when leaving so drivings can turn right
My favourite… Lock the fuel price to save a lot on every refill. I love the ambience inside and the little goodies like muffins, cakes, sandwiches and the coffee.. Every few days, I feel the need to come here for that small pleasurable experience.
Don’t normally write reviews but I have to make an exception for this one. This servo is my go to for getting fuel, friendly service from Aizaa – always having a nice chat with her since she knows I’m a regular.
This is for the lady wearing hijab who was working on Thursday around 9pm.
If you don’t want to work there, please don’t.
If yes, please fix your attitude.
You don’t have to kick things here and there in front of so many customers.
You don’t have to be rude while serving your customers.
Likewise, it would be good if you reply when your customers ask you something in a polite way.
Main highlight, you don’t throw the return(money) of your customer in front of all the customers. (which you did back then with me)
I’ll be back again. If you still behave and treat your customer like the way you did to everyone. I will not keep quiet thinking you might had a bad day.

This is the only 7 Eleven I go to in Canberra and the staff here are always lovely and friendly. This include Azzia ( I’m sure I spelt that wrong ).
I saw her help so many customers with using the app and how to pay by gift cards.
