I highly recommend Muffin Break Gladstone for a quick bite to eat or a coffee break.Muffin Break Gladstone is located in the heart of the city and offers a wide variety of muffins, pastries, sandwiches, and wraps. The coffee is also awesome and there are a variety of options to choose from.
a month agoWent to grab a coffee today at 1:39pm and doors were locked already. People where inside sitting and drinking and the staff wouldn’t open the doors just looked at me. Awesome coffee shop. Lucky google search early in the morning. Grabbed a takeaway coffee and bacon egg muffin. Would loved to have had time and dine in. Muffin was more than delicious, coffee Devine and I’m fussy. People were delightful.
If I ever move to Gladstone this coffee shop would be the reason. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
We had very good experience having our breakfast there during the visit to family. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The soy flat white was very good. Açaí bowl that I had was fabulous and good value too. The breakfast my husband had comes with tomato so I asked to take it out but the lady offered me an option to change into hash brown with no extra charge was very good. We even came back the next day. Overall is outstanding!
Compliments on the impressive food display cabinet as you enter the venue, which shows additional options to the menu.
Was greeted with “what can I get you?”, when I appeared confused, I was asked if I would like to see the menu and dine in or takeaway.
Unfortunately, no smiles, or at least no genuine smiles in my 40 minute visit until I left. As I looked around, staff seemed unhappy all around which is sad to see. Lady who served me (I took as a manager) was shocked when a young girl didn’t take a tray of dishes back to the kitchen, and she voiced it to her colleague (perhaps something that should be done behind closed doors).
Small latte size for dine in appears to be slightly too big but tasted good. There was no basic pattern on top.
Thick butted toast was hot, and muesli with fruit and yoghurt were fantastic.
Nice vibe and appears to always be busy as they appear to be the only high rated (4.6 on Google) cafe in Gladstone. Some improvements on professionalism, customer service, and smiles might get this cafe to 5 stars.
Excellent service and huge array of food choices at reasonable prices.
A quick stop for cool drinks then turned into a relaxing moment to show off the Gladstone food culture. Pistachio vegan cheesecake and some ice latte and ice choc to keep cool on our walking tour. Thanks ladies for the quick service and a cosy spot.
