2 months agoI wanted to like this car wash as it is quick and my dad loves it. I have used it a few times now each time getting the $24 protect wash, but the last two times I have been I figured I would check to see how good it is, and unfortunately, it didn’t get the spider droppings on my door panels and get rid of all the bird droppings on my front and rear windows. I love my car and am always looking to find a car wash that is as good as my by-hand wash. Still it came out looking better than it went in. Sooo, need a quick clean and I mean quick (think 3 mins) this is a good stop-off. Edited, turns out the stuff this car wash didn’t get off was also hard to get off by hand. Changed to 5 stars. Overall the clean was pretty good, but I am disappointed that I paid extra for door sills but they weren’t cleaned properly (see pics). My roof also wasn’t cleaned properly, so I ended having to clean it myself. Finally, I had a pair of clean socks go missing (yes, sounds odd). I think they fell on the floor and were treated as ‘rubbish’.
Spent $110 to remove child’s vomit from one car seat in rear of car. Paid for 3 different services and still has the vomit in the car. I’m disgusted with the service here. If they couldn’t remove it they should’ve been honest upfront instead of wasting money and time
We use your services often & always a half job done.
We will not be returning.
Customer service is good, unfortunately we’re paying decent money for the car to be cleaned & the job given is worth half $140 express detail wash at MHCW Frankston,
Again, disappointed with the results.
To be honest, looks like they barely touched my car.
The wipe downs inside & out are shocking, was told the inside would be wiped down & protectant on the dash, shockingly it wasn’t even touched.
Outside of the car pretty much similar, multiple spots are missed & car is soaked in tire shine.
Constantly not vacuuming properly, still crumbs on the seats, under the floor mats & along the skirting.
Windows are still dirty. I also noticed spider webs on the side mirrors which showed that the cleaning was not very thorough.
Overall, the level of cleanliness and attention to detail are very poor.
Update review after 6+ years since my last visit.
I had asked for an ‘interior detail’ that ended up costing $350 that took about 3 and a half hours.
To keep this short, it was a 8/10 job.
Everything looked fine, the outside was more than clean for what was added, the inside was very nice looking, the seats, mats and carpet were all steam cleaned and looking nice.
Although after getting home and using the car I noticed a few minor things that seemed to be looked over.
The inside of the centre console cubby and glovebox were not touched at all.
There was one section of door jam on the back passenger side which was fully missed, caked in dust that I had to finish with some wet wipes.
But the biggest annoyance was I had an old Rego sticker on the windscreen that they didn’t bother to remove. The sticker is 90% gone, it’s clearly needed to be removed but it’s still there (picture added).
They asked for feedback via text, I mentioned the issue and they did offer to fix the issue. But getting back there this week isn’t possible for time constraints personally. So I just said don’t worry about it.
They offered an outside wash on the house as compensation. But for $350 you’d assume something so blaring would be dealt with, without asking.
Otherwise the people are very friendly, the service overall is good, but $350 seems a little high when details keep getting missed. If you need to point these things out each time then you can’t really trust it’ll be done.
Sucks because every other car wash service in the area seems to have far worse reputation and ratings, so people around the area don’t have many options.
Friendly but poor job. This is the second time I’ve been here after forgiving the first time. They missed my interior console and middle compartment which I specifically asked to be done. Didn’t get the dust from the seat folds and marks still on seats.
