5 months agoHad an emergency on a Sunday and 7 Pearls was able to get me an appointment on the day. This was my first time coming here and I was extremely impressed with their facility and their professionalism. Even though I have to travel into Newcastle(35km away from me) it is well worth it. Finally found a dentist that I can trust and who cares.4 months agoExcellent service, very well presented dental surgery. Not being a fan of the dentist, was made to feel comfortable , to.ensure the anxiety wasn’t to bad by the dentist. Love the TV’S on the ceiling with mindfulness programs.3 months agoI really can not thank Dr. Shalini Ashwath and the team at 7 pearls enough! I’ve always had fear of being judged about my dental hygiene and have avoided the dentist and my tooth health declined dramatically due to this, I have never felt so comfortable to be at the dentist and I really feel like I’m apart of their little family. Dr. Shalini made every effort to fix all of my teeth in a cost effective and long term way and for someone who’s been incredibly embarrassed about smiling in photos for the past few years I finally feel like I can smile freely from the amazing job she did!! I am genuinely going to miss coming in so regularly and will sincerely look forward to my regular cleaning sessions!! Thank you so much again!4 months agoMade the trip into wickham and just as I got to the front door I received a message to reschedule. Went in anyway I was already there and no other patients. Charged me for two X-rays when I needed one. Told me I may need root canal therapy or extraction of both teeth. Went back to my own dentist the following day and he saved my teeth for the fraction of what I was qouted with 7Pearls. Lovely people , disappointing experience ?4 months agoWould give more than 5 stars if possible. Extreme dental phobia and so glad I chose 7 pearls. Absolutely amazing reception staff, dental assistants and dentists.

I have had a substantial amount of dental work carried out by Garreth and his team. From the first initial booking with the friendly and helpful staff at reception to the work carried out in the surgery I have nothing but praise for the staff at The Good Dentist. The information provided about the procedures, which set my mind at ease, to the care taken when completing the procedures was excellent. But the best part of the whole experience is the follow up texts and phone calls that I have received ensuring that I’m doing ok and if I have any questions relating to work completed.
Not a big fan of Dentists but The Good Dentist has definitely changed my preconceptions.
First of all, there should be six star review option as Garreth and his amazing team at The Good Dentist deserve it.
Guys, you do an amazing job, always go above and beyond, keep up the good work. ?
I, like many people put off having dental implants placed for some time. However after consulting Garreth, the process was explained to me in great detail, the procedure was basically painless and I was back to my daily routine the following day.
The Good Dentist Team kept in regular phone contact with me to ensure I was recovering well and also to answer any questions I had.
Anyone out there putting off a dental implant procedure, guys I urge you not to wait any longer. Get in contact with The Good Dentist team for a highly friendly, professional experience and overall amazing result.
First of all I would just like to say a massive thank you to the entire Good Dentist team, they are the absolute best in the business..
Before I had reach out to the good dentist I was having trouble with a hole in the tooth which was badly decayed,
Gareth had suggested root canal due to my busy schedule the tooth had become worse and extraction was the only option.
Before this problem my teeth really needed a lot of work not only so I could get good functionality but so they looked good as well.
I have multiple missing teeth and wore a plate which really annoyed me.
At this stage Garreth and Jason suggested implants I was always planning on getting for years but just did not trust anyone and the process.. So I had said yes to the implants after Garreth assured me the will be no issues and that’s the best way to go, I also wanted to fixed my alignment of my teeth and perfect my smile, The good dentist have made me up a treatment plan that is affordable for what I want and have listened to my needs and what I’m looking for..
Today I had 5 implants a tooth removed and a filling which was a walk in the park and immediately I’ve noticed the results, thank god I don’t need that denture anymore, I can’t talk properly now and my smile is looking amazing already..
I just want to add this entire process is not painful and it was actually enjoyable..
I’ve been to many dentist in my time and the Good Dentist actually are great dentist and I will continue to come here along with my family and I’m also recommending friends..

Although it was my first visit, I left feeling like I had been going to the practice for years.
