Hi just a question for you ,I like a lot of people ask , why are there no toilets at your store in Edward st?? It is so inconvenient for the elderly &. Also children too…
I myself would love to shop more at Aldi but myself & others like me can’t shop as much as we would like because of this reason …
I’m sure with a business this size you should have toilets for your customers…
    Kind regards?

Don’t like the self serve checkout, something nearly always goes wrong and if it does one of the manned checkout staff have to stop serving to help!?.

I had no choice but to leave a complaint here as the online system is long winded and won’t address the issue.
I have never had a problem with Aldis products but I bought a 1kg of 3 star mince and put in in my cold area of the fridge. The next morning I prepare to make rissoles and open the packet. A terrible smell comes out ,not a rotten smell, but some off putting smell like I used to experience from Woolies and Coles mince. Which is why I shop at Aldi for everything now.
I thought that it may cook out so prepared to breadcrumb the rissoles for cooking.
Unfortunately the smell remained and I was forced to discard the entire batch.
    Very very disappointing.

I have to leave a review here because the Aldi website doesn’t have appropriate contact methods.

Now, what’s with sticking with the Westacre cheese slices after switching during covid? You used to have non-animal rennet slices, now nobody has them, it’s baby cow guts or nothing. Sort it out ffs.

I had a purchase issue today and when I discussed it with the Bunbury manager it was sorted quickly, easily and in the most polite way.
    Thanks Aldi Bunbury
