4 months agoEvery dish was prepared with so much love and packed with mouthwatering flavours, that you will appreciate each bite you take. I would suggest trying the chicken biryani and chicken tikka masala, the food tasted authentic and is halal. The service was excellent, with a friendly wait staff and quick delivery of food, and the portions were also quite generous. The unique taste of the dishes is sure to leave you eager to return and try more items from the menu.a month agoI ordered gobi Manchurian for delivery. It was too sweet. The sweetness of the dish overshadowed all flavours . Also, did not appreciate the red colour which looked so artificial. I am disappointed and it spoiled my appetite to eat other dishes that I ordered . The poor taste took over all the other dishes too.4 weeks agoI tried indian food for the first time in here, the taste is really good? the curry is amazing!!!2 months agoAmazing managers and owners they take special order for your festive needs be it Karwa chauth mathri or Diwali sweets or any other special occasion at no extra charge simply you can call and ask and they are always happy to help…it was a challenge to find the appropriate festive sweets for our traditional moon festival- Karwa chauth and it was lovely that they helped… Thanks again.a week agoA place I would choose when i crave biriyani and samosa chat. I like Punjabi chicken curry too..

Wow wow wow! Delicious food and and absolute must visit when in Darwin. Probably the best ever butter chicken and mud crab I’ve had in my life. The butter chicken had excellent flavour and the crab was sweet and so big! I would come back to Darwin just to eat this again!
I recently dined here on the advice from a couple who were also here on holidays and I’m extremely grateful I took them up on that advice.
We were greeted by friendly staff on arrival and shown to our seats. The restaurant is set out well with plenty of seating both inside and out in the alfresco area, reservations are made online through their website. Staff were prompt with service and very impressed by the way they went about their business however the star ⭐️ of the evening was the food absolutely amazing and cooked to perfection. The butter chicken and the duck salad were both on par as being the best restaurant dishes I have ever had and not forgetting the salted caramel and sour cream slice for dessert it was exceptional also.
A big thank you to the staff particularly the chefs who delivered a dining experience that won’t be forgotten. I highly recommend dining at Hanuman (Darwin) for a memorable evening. A+ ??
Nice staff and good atmosphere, quick service…but the food just wasn’t that good. I had the beef vindaloo and it was just drowning in oil, by the end it was just inedible..and for $35 was definitely not worth it…look at the pool of oil in the photos..try eating that!
Garlic naan bread was average.
Prawn pakora was a hit! Curries tasted good but the portion size of the rice was small.
Had a weekly special dessert but it was way expensive.
Always loved coming here, customer service was great and nice dining experience overall
Couldn’t be happier with this place. I came here on a business trip with my boss and he advised me to go Hanuman for dinner, I wasn’t too impressed as I am not a fan of Thai restaurants but I must admit I came out of there thanking him to take me there.
The staff were extremely polite, the food was 10/10 (best pork belly I ever had), everything was perfect.
Will definitely going back on my next business trip.
