They firstly gave great reassurance and advice over the phone. Managed to fit me in straight away and solved the problem. Excellent service and attitude!3 months agoHi, we were on the road with our rental campervan and unfortunately, our alternator broke down!!! Tracy was so kind with us, so comprehensive. I would like to thank her super team who found rapidly the spare part (such a good job since the vehicule dates back from 2003!) and fixed the alternator so fastly. The part was sent overnight and we were able to drive on the next day afternoon. We come from France and we’re very grateful to meet so kind and efficient team ! Moreover, Tracy looked after all with the rental company: she contacted them for us and even managed to be paid directly instead of we having to pay and be refunded! Thank you so much Tracy, sincerely!5 months agoI took my XR6 Turbo to them 3 years ago and they completely stuffed it up. Tracy the owner is rude and so is her husband. Please do not take your car here, my car had starting problems ever since they put their hands on it. Kens’ garage had to fix their stuff ups. So 5 star to Kent’s garage. If I could give G and T auto 0 stars I would. PLEASE don’t go here they will cost you more money to try and fix their stuff ups they caused in the first place.

Awesome experience as they helped me work my Humm out otherwise I wouldn’t of got my tyres. It took a good hour or so and my car feels 100% as I got 5 tyres and a wheel alignment. I will be coming back. Very happy ?
Absolutely shredded my driver’s side rear tyre while travelling up to Bundaberg from The Central Coast NSW, on a Sunday too mind you when not much is open, and on Monday, Paul “the tyre doctor ” ?from MyCar Bundaberg fixed it straight away when I was there enquiring. The price was reasonable (actually cheaper than I’d anticipated) & the service was first class. I even got a voucher for a free coffee while I waited. My car was ready before I’d finished the coffee. Thankyou so much Paul and the team, 5 out of 5 stars!!
We found Mycar at Bundaberg to be very obliging to travellers. They helped us out when we had a puncture, fitting us in to replace all our tyres at a good price on a very busy day. We appreciated the great customer service.
