  1. Probably one of the best public restrooms I’ve come across. Well concealed under the main quays walkway, escallator down the entrance way and a large open set of toilet doors into separators cubicles. Elegant design, clean and ease of access, well done to local council for this one.

  2. Not bad, not bad, not bad. A little claustrophobic considering it’s basement location.
Surprisingly clean and well maintained despite being in such a heavily trafficked, touristy, zone.
A decent toilet when your caught in a pinch.

  3. Didn’t know there’s a concealed public toilet., nearer circular quay there also Cahill Walk Lookout which isn’t that obvious to someone who isn’t looking for it.

Walking down the streets by the waters towards Sydney opera house gives a fantastic view of the waters, boats and Sydney harbour bridge.

  4. N.Y.E.1995.Very useful, well situated Toilets. Extremely busy, well used New Years eve, when Ladies also queue to use the Gents as well, to avoid too much of a wait. I do not understand, there is a Ladies toilet, so why do Ladies also need to use the Mens as well and make it ‘unisex’. Sik!.The word “bathroom” is an overused euphemism, which I first noticed in old American movies. Seemed humerous initially, but now i find thoughtless and irritating. Nothing could be worse than having a Toilet IN the actual Bathing Room. It’s a Dunny if you’re Australian, or Lavatory or Toilet or Water Closet (on a Train/Ferry). Bathroom’s have a bath and shower, for bathing. Toilets should always be seperate for Hygene reasons. If you smell it, you are tasting it.!!!
2023. Downside, Gents need to line up to pee in a cubicle.
