2 months agoStudio Desire is definitely the best in town! All the staff are so lovely & welcoming. Tori’s skills are amazing, if you want to go blonde I highly recommend her! You feel welcomed from consult through to finish. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. ???a week agoAbsolutely amazing salon to visit. The staff go above and beyond to ensure you are well looked after from the moment you walk in the door asking in detail what service you are wanting and giving you knowledgeable information back to ensure you get what you are wanting. I have had both Tori & Kaitlyn look after me and I could not recommend them both enough! From the reclining chairs at the basins, to the complimentary beverage menu. Tangled Hair & Beauty Salon always provides friendly and exceptional services.
I have had hair, beauty, and piercing treatments performed by Tangled, and they have all been highly professional. Personally, I can recommend Bella and Holly for Hair Services and Monny for Beauty Services.
The salon always has a bubbly atmosphere and the team at Tangled is always polite, friendly, and happy to assist. The beverage and cheese board service is a lovely additional touch.
Gemma is an absolute asset to this salon! She did my hair today did such an amazing job and such an amazing positive attitude! ??
Went to get my industrial done here a few months ago by Bella. She made me feel so comfortable and she spoke to me in a way that made me feel as if we were old friends catching up. The whole experience was lovely, I was given heaps of information about how to care for it, etc. it has now been around 4 months and is completely healed.
I also came here about a month ago for a hair styling. It was early in the morning and as winter in orange is a most tedious time, the pipes had frozen and needed time to warm up. I had no problem with waiting, as I did come in a few minutes early, but they treated me to a keratin treatment for my convenience with no extra charge which was so lovely of them. The staff member who did my hair that day was also lovely; I forgot her name, but I believe she was a young apprentice. She had blonde hair and was very easy to talk/ get along with. We were closer in age and had a lot in common and she also made my hair look fantastic as as I had a photo shoot later that day. Bravissimo to everyone who works here, the atmosphere is incredibly welcoming and the treatments, service and professionalism is hugely impressive??
I visited Tangled for the first time and was really impressed with the professionalism of Bella, she took time to listen to me and gave me feedback on what I wanted. I left feeling really pleased with Bella’s work and have received many complements on my new cut.
Went to tangled a year ago for a nose piercing and they were so gentle and amazing! Recently went to go blonde and Holly and Macy were gorgeous literally so happy with my hair and they both had such a bubbly personality.
