Best post office ever been. The customers service is fast and excellent. They know how to resolve problem and you can feel a touch of humanity behind the counter. Definitely as 5 star hotel treatment !!a year agoThis is pathetic, if you can’t fit something in the letterbox at least have the decency to out it on the landing of the front door, we don’t have any dogs so there’s no chance of getting bitten by a dog, it only takes 30 seconds to a minute to put any large envelopes on the front doorstep. This is not the first time the reckless and lazy behaviour of our mail being jammed in instead of the postie that delivered it on the day instead of getting off the bike and going through the gate and put on the landing which would only 6 to 10 feet away from the front gate. If this was an important mail we would have to organise for another because the paperwork has been ripped because it was jammed in, so have the intelligence to get off the bike and go through the gate to put on the front door steps at least. I will include pictures to show why I am so annoyed and agitated at the lack of respect the postie had for our mail, I know they have a big workload but it only takes less than a minute to show you actually take pride and give a hoot about your job and about the handling about people’s letters and other types of mail that is being delivered.

Great service, I have weekly deliveries by Aramex and would recommend the company and staff, today James delivered my order from Amazon. He and all staff are very professional and our dog loves their delivery.
I highly recommend Aramex Wide Bay. Fast and reliable service with good pricing and our driver James is always friendly and polite. Much better than the previous company we were using.

Aramax couriers leave parcels marked by the sender as “leave in a safe place” on the street next to front gardens. No attempt is made to ring doorbells.
They are not making any real attempt to complete deliveries.
Absolute morons. I have 2 80kg dogs in my yard and aramex drivers think it’s a good idea to give my parcels to them. When I call to get a refund they hang up.
