2 weeks agoNot a nice experience at this office works …I was greeted by Kyla who seemed not to happy to exchange a gaming monitor that was purchased for my son and was not working properly after 1 week. It was almost like it was inconvenience to them to give us a working one in replacement? Then along came Robert who’s attitude was appalling no customer service at all. And to make it worse I think he was management. You guys really need to do better! I won’t be backa month agoWould just like to leave a raving review for Daniel who works in the Printing area. We came in with a bit of a curly printing job. He was so accommodating and helpful. He was informative and gave us options on what was obtainable or unrealistic. His knowledge and service was A1We walked away very happy

a month agoCraig assisted with an issue yesterday where we were not home to get the delivery. He was absolutely wonderful updating us and picking up our items this evening. Many thanks Craig.3 months agoNo toilet is available for elderly shoppers who have problems with ergency. Surely this should be customer service or has that gone forever. So I had to go out the front and relieve myself against the wall. Not good advertising for a national brand. Please think of your customers.4 years agoI would like to thank Ty in the printing department at Officeworks Tuggerah for his assistance in helping me get photos done for my son’s Memorial Service. Ty went above and beyond what would be expected, he made a sad time brighter for me, a grieving mother, by ensuring the products provided were perfect. Ty, thank you, you are a wonderful man and a great employee! The service from other staff members was also great.

Went in today to get a book printed for Father’s Day, which I’ve had done a few times with no problems at Tuggerah. However Aidan at West Gosford doesn’t know how to print double side. I’d avoid the unhelpful staff and head to Tuggerah if you have the option they are much more helpful
Travelled twenty minutes each way to shop at West Gosford Officeworks only to arrive home 10 printed party invitations short of my order.
Returned the same day after travelling again and was given the extra10 invitations I needed on a different inferior quality of paper.
Management needs to assess their staffs competence and skills so customers are provided with a service they have paid for.
DO NOT GET ART PRINTS HERE.
Had a drawing i wanted scanned and printed- first the girl that served me didnt even know that it was a drawing so they put it through their lazer printer and made PERMANENT LINES across my whole drawing. While i can fix it- not worth your time getting prints here.
The staff and the manager are so unprofessional it’s unbelievable don’t bother going there to get your photos done on tile boards or anything like that as they stuffed up my order not just once but 3 times plus my friend had the same problem happen the day before. I was spoken to so rudely and my experience was ruined, all I wanted was to have 2 perfect tiles for my parents for Christmas instead the blame was put on me, no refund and no sorry. This experience could have been so easy to solve, these 2 staff should be fired or retrained as I wouldn’t won’t anyone else to go through what I went through. I will be never going back there again
