a year agoI was really looking for second hand furniture for my new unit in Southern Cross Care in Mount Gambier. Couldn’t buy anything I needed here today. However, it is worth visiting more often. Sometimes there are bargains to be had. I suspects many family diseased estates end up with more stuff than they want. Help staff with defective products don’t buy the desks as flat pack as for missing screws and damaged boards happily returning on Monday…
Did order a filing cabinet but the order was not put through..anyhow went to pick up because the sales girl said it would be in there in a weeks time ..it wasnt plus no order to be found …. but the problem was solved and to my happiness everything has worked out really well …fantastic service and staff ..excellent selection of office equipment too
The Girl named sarah was really nice and polite ! I had bad customer service yesterday, they asked for 5$ minimum for the xerox and scan , got explanation that its too time taking, what do you mean ? You have opened a shop to help your customers and you giving customers explanation that its timing taking so we charge 5$ min for printing ! Waste of time ! Really feel sorry for the new owner ! I’ve been here twice. Both times have been terrible experiences. The first time I came to enquire about business cards. They made me wait for 40 minutes and said they’ll send me a quote soon and never got back to me. I called to follow up and again never heard back. The second time they refused to accept bank transfer as payment method and was treated unkindly for wanting an invoice for a small purchase.
