2 weeks agoBought here for my family and got charged an extra 15% for a public holiday. No signs saying extra would be charged. Sign behind staff advertises one price, but you get charged another. I will not buy at Subway again. All the other takeaway shops I go to do not charge extra.2 months agoReally poor customer service and I have dropped in a couple dozen times, occasionally okay but mostly rude, abrasive and generally useless service wise. No toilets, wanted to wash my hands before eating at Subway, no can do! Toilets are there but locked and out of order sign on them. Been like this since 7 11 took over. BP actually maintained them. I prefer to avoid and recommend you do too.3 months agoFuel, food, coffee, icecream and lots more available. Fill the car up with fuel and your belly at Subway at the same time . All good. There’s one guy always there when my school finishes but today there was a bald guy that kicked my friend out for not buying something and wouldn’t let me buy anything because he thought I was gonna steal something
There’s always this nice guy there but this time there was an angry bald man who yelled at my friends and I for standing near the door and accused my friend of stealing and also wouldn’t let us go in to buy stuff
7am start pumping fuel into car to have the guy turn the pump off, went an asked what was going on, here he is checking my rego on the vic rego check app saying my rego is cancelled, no its not a zero its an O, no my cars not orange, its maroon an its not cancelled, i find it very rude for them to be checking rego’s this way, clearly the secuirty camera dont work, if i could give no stars i would, wont be back to this 7/11 servo.
