When in for coffee and donuts, but I experienced the worst customer service in my life. I have read all the reviews for this 7-11, and I found that I am not the only one who was treated by this rude lady behind the counter . The owner of this business always replied to the review and said that he will do something for the bad service, but after 7 years, nothing has changed. Will not recommend the store to anyone .

PS. The pricing in the store is not clear, the rude lady try to ripped me off.

To the owners, please kindly review your hiring standards, work ethic and professionalism.

If you are happy hiring the female attendant who is extremely rude, unprofessional, unreasonable and lack any sympathy, how does that reflect you and your business?

Are these the type of people you are happy to continue letting them ruin your business?

To support Punlork Sary- I was in the situation, and I was not happy with the customer service of this petrol station at all. We have 7eleven delivery truck driver as witness in the situation. I will not refuel my car over there even though it is 5 mins from my home or cheapest fuel.

Extremely rude and unprofessional female attendant tonight. Please hire a better attendant who has some basic customer service skills. Won’t be coming here anymore.

  1. Not good. Very racist and expired food. Saw the employee picking his nose and wiping it near the chip section while I was in my car about to leave. I would not trust any of their fridge items, so many expired. The coffee machine looked like it’s never been cleaned. First and last time coming here. Clean up your act. And please put on deodorant

  2. The customer service was horrible and an insult to what customer service is meant to be about. I have read reviews about this 7-11 on Facebook and they are all negative so that explains alot. They are not putting their food products under the right labels, which is highly deceptive and misleading and shows how disorganised this place is. I ended up purchasing a food item based on what the label was showing and later realised that it was the wrong item and went back after 2 mins to exchange or get a refund. The guy at the front reacted in an extremely rude manner and told me that I cannot get a refund and it’s my fault that I didn’t double check the item before purchasing and that they were out of stock in that item.
So please get yourself organised and make sure the food is placed correctly and show some humanity rather than being a robot.
We had a huge fight and that was not what I was expecting..completely off!
If that guy was the owner then it’s complete shame that he doesn’t know how to be a professional.
If I’m not the only one leaving reviews like this then that means you have alot of growth to do in the way you run your business…

  3. From last 3 days I started picking up the late night coffee from night pay window but every time I got disappointed as nobody came to window for first 15 minutes and then received a coffee cup half. I am demanding you to change the staff but please let them know their mistake and work on that.

  4. Called in a long way from home, husband got coffee which he loves and I got a cheese and salad sandwich as starving. They don’t have soy milk coffee machine at this place as I asked and must have thought I was from a different planet – soy.

  5. Was fine as a store but the worker who served me, a younger lady, looked so unhappy to be there… was a bit sad! Also the road coming out of the petrol station was hell!
