Shopped here for a few needed things with a 2 week old baby. Staff were really helpful and collected my choices at the counter. Made my shopping experience so much easier!
Very attentive staff, highly rated.
I had a big problem printing a special image in mirror image. Jake and Adam were very very helpful to me and did what I needed in 3 minutes. Sometimes us old farts get better service than we expect and today I got 100%. Thanks fellas.

I went in to get prints done. I wasn’t greeted when I entered the store by any of the staff. I had to find a staff member to ask if the size I wanted was available to print off the self serve machine and was told yes, I couldn’t find the size so had to find someone else to ask again, which they said no it had to be done manually.
No one looked like they wanted to be there and there were a few other staff who were quite rude to other customers.
Wait time was super long as well.
Thanks to the trifecta of staff that helped me with a complex tech query to get the answer I needed. It may have taken all four of us but we got there.
