2 separate tech sales people assured me that my laptop came with a fine point stylus, but it wasn’t in packaging. I was assured that they would supply the missing item to just come in the next day. I got a gum chewing assistant who had attitude that I was trying to rip them off, wouldn’t look for the note that was supposed to be left, & kept saying that not all of them came one. After getting the previous salesman to agree he had told me it did, my gum chewer gave me the cheapest 1 she could find just to get me to go away. Ii only wanted what was paid for, shame they dont live up to advertising. Extremely poor customer service.
Not a bad stop for MOST of your office needs. But I would recommend that you cross train more of your staff… When I went in to get some paperwork photocopied there was 1 person manning the Print and Copy station. The line up for her was at least 4/5 people, all with custom orders/requests. Meanwhile about 4 staff hovered around, talked… while she was left to sort through everyone alone. I understand they may not be trained but it was horribly frustrating for both myself, the other customers, the guy who walked out and the staff member. Otherwise the rest of my trips there have been pretty good and quick.
I attended your store on Saturday to get some printing & book binding done.
Had the good fortune to get “Team Member: Eva” ( on the receipt).
First class service – hang on to that person!
Good old Officeworks.. good range and friendly staff.. easy to get in and out. Never had any issues.. sure sometimes a staff member may be having a bad day or can’t help you, but I found this to be very rare.. this one surprises me for what seems to be such a little store always has what I need .. top job guys
